The prices in this store have gone up and up to the point you can often get better deals buying new items in a retail store. They no longer let you try on clothes and the return policy has changed so you cannot get a refund but only store credit and the time limit is quite short. At least they stopped asking you to round up your purchase. This place is ripping people off. I no longer shop here because of the high prices and change in policies.

I’m so disappointed that I chose to donate a huge bin full of stuff to this location. First of all, their prices are ridiculous for second hand items that they received for FREE! Pretty much every pair of jeans is at least $15. Other items were just way more expensive than they should be. You could find most things online or at Ross for less. And the biggest issue is their lack of dressing rooms. Which wouldn’t even be AS big of a deal except apparently they don’t have a return policy but rather an exchange policy. So not only are you forced to take a chance on clothes that may not fit, but then you can’t even get your money back but instead exchange it for something else that may not fit. Absolutely ridiculous. And when the girl who worked there told me, she did it with the attitude of “well if you don’t like it that’s tough” and wasn’t even understanding about why that would be a reason for concern. My suggestion is to skip this location completely.

I used to love goodwill. As someone who is short and plus sized, removing the dressing rooms has completely removed my ability to shop here. Clothing is overpriced, I can’t try it on, and I can return it if it doesn’t fit. Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm not sure what has happened to this store. It used to be reasonably priced, but things are now absurdly expensive. This is my place to go when I need to relax and just browse. Used to be able to find some t-shirts and household items for a few dollars. I was in last Sunday and saw some broken speakers for over $100, the cones were ripped out of the speakers so completely unusable. Disgusting furniture for $90, a whole pile of plastic broom handles priced at $4 each. They wouldn't even cost that new, with a broom on them! I don't know if they have some new manager who doesn't know what things are worth. But im about done even trying to enjoy it. I haven't bought anything but books the last few times because I can't justify spending $8 on a shirt that is stained and ripped. It really just makes me mad that a place that gets free stuff is going to try to rip us all off. Oh. And they got rid of the dressing rooms. So I don't even LOOK at anything besides t-shirts for my husband. I hope someone who can fix this will read the recent reviews. Because no one is happy with how this store has changed.

Total waste of time going to this store today. I found a bunch of great clothes and spent over an hour in the store only to find they don't have dressing rooms anymore. Abandoned my cart full of clothes and left.

Good cause, but this store is def getting pricey, esp for home goods. You can find better prices at other thrift stores or on fb marketplace.

Jenny (one of the clerks) is amazing! She always has a smile and a kind word to say to the customers. It brightens your day just to see her smile. No matter how busy things are in the store, Jenny takes it all in stride and never seems to get rattled. She is very knowledgeable as evidenced by other clerks asking her questions. It's too bad that you couldn't clone Jenny because she is the kind of employee that any company dreams of employing. Please join me in thanking Jenny for her outstanding customer service!Love this store - very clean and nice wide aisles. I have found so many cool items at this store. One of my favorite things to do is shop at this Goodwill.

You cannot try on the clothes anymore to see if they fit, and now the return policy is terrible to match. Refund? NO. Store credit? NO. Wait in a the long checkout line to be told you have to bring up a similarly priced item to EXCHANGE? Yes. Go get the item and have them tell you to wait in the line AGAIN since the first time wasn't enough. YES. Will NEVER donate here or purchase here again.

This goodwill is trying to charge $179 for a backpack they got for free. I understand it is a Disney bag but this is just insane and greedy. They are not an antique store, they are a second hand thrift store that gets most of its goods through donation.

This is a really nice store; big roomy isles, lotsa stuff, and friendly people. The checkout can be a little slow at times; but, hey, that's shopping. I like to stop in every once in a while, just to browse. I've never left without a purchase. Be sure to take advantage of their rewards program (and sign up online). It's nice to get rewards anywhere; but, with second hand items, it's just unbelievable.Oh... Half the store is clothes. There's a big selection. I go for the houseware-type stuff and find neat things all the time. Don't forget to ask which color sticker is 50%-off for that week. The discount might change your mind about a certain item. And save our landfills from things someone else might need. If your "trash" is in good condition, chances are it's someone else's "treasure." Donate goods when you visit. Get a break on your taxes. Keep the faith. Help those in need. And look around. You might find a treasure to make your own.

UPDATE: 4-5 stars down to 2 stars. This used to be my favorite retail store to scour for treasures. Lately they have increased pricing, ridiculously on some items. It's nearly impossible to find a decent deal there now, which is difficult as my family struggles on 1 income and we used to be able to purchase all back to school clothes here! They were charging $5 for a 3 ring binder last I was there. One evening my husband was purchasing me 2 handbags to cheer me up. The cashier insisted that the handbags were priced too low (6-12$) for the brand/value and called the manager who increased the price of each bag to well over $20 right in front of my husband. My husband couldn't afford the new pricing and left empty handed and angry. After being a regular shopper here, I have noticed that it is nearly impossible to find any items that are the "color of the week"(price tags are different colors and each week they pick a color and if the tag is that color the item is 50% off).Paying close attention one Sunday night before closing...I noticed.. (sale colors are changed each Monday morning) ... employees going through each aisle pulling clothing items of a certain COLOR!! Monday's color!!I honestly believe that this is a scam being committed at this location to reduce discounts and increase sales...since nothing is actually on sale ever!THEY PAY $0 FOR THE ITEMS THEY SELL! ZERO $$!! Free inventory!!! And they still scam people who shop there, the people that can't afford muchYou'd think as a "charity" they WOULD USE ALL OF THAT GROSS NET INCOME TO HELP THEIR DISABLED EMPLOYEES or the community... NOPE! I was informed by a prior employee that... Goodwill pays employees LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE!!! A SNAFU IN DISABILITY VS MINIMUM WAGES ALLOWS THIS!! I couldn't believe it and had to look it up myself! I'm furious!![By the way.... this isn't how every Goodwill operates. I was in Georgia lately and found a ton of good deals and lots of tags with the color of the week.]I DON'T SEE ANY BENEFITS TO MY AREA FROM THIS LOCAL EUSTIS/MT DORA GOODWILL! THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE!!Save your money...go to yard sales or Etsy or FB marketplace. At least you would be helping an individual and not a greedy conglomerate!

They removed the fitting rooms completely. I'm not buying over priced USED clothing that I can't be sure fits my body before I purchase it
