I finally found my new hair dresser. Lual (Lu) cut my hair yesterday and she truly understood what I wanted & needed for a good hair cut. Thank you so much Lu. It was a pleasure meeting you and you made my week I’m so happy with my cut. I’m so pleased. See you in 4-5 wks.

It’s been 9 months or so and I figured I would try again to give this location one more shot to redeem themselves. Yet again, I went in requesting my hair be cut long enough to still lay it down. Yet again, my hair is the same length as the last visit and can not do anything with it. I bought product thinking it would be okay, I wasted money buying product because I can’t style my hair at all. Not only will I officially never step foot in a great clips again, I won’t buy product from here neither. I’ll pay money from a real salon if that means I leave satisfied. I have been a great clips customer for over 10 years and now I am done.

Retha makes this place worth every penny! Haven’t had much luck with others so we know we always go to Retha! Wouldn’t take my kids to anyone else!

First time here. From the get-go, Retha was the epitome if what great customer service should be. Professional, kind and prompt. Got hair and beard done in no time, and yet properly detailed. Very pleased with the results and service. 10/10.

I had a hair cut yesterday with Retha and WHAT a breath of fresh air! She did a great job on my hair and I LOVE it! Super sweet and professional as well. I used to see AJ there all the time, but unfortunately he is no longer there. However, I now HIGHLY recommend Retha! I am super happy with her work and have had so many compliments on the hair cut! Best ever!

I didn't have an appt. I went as a walk-in for a shampoo. My wait was not long and I tell you, Retha did an amazing job shampooing my hair.?? She's very good at what she does along with being friendly and aiming to please her clients. So when you're in need of a hair service, I highly recommend you make an appointment for Retha to assist you.

I have three kids and due to crazy schedules I went in three different times over the course of a week, each time being sat with Retha. Retha is absolutely fabulous! She is so great with kids. She is patient and kind and just so much fun. The kids have all said they will never get their hair done by anyone else again. They only want to go back to "Ms Retha".

We have visited Great Clips before and received a magnificent hair cut. Unfortunately we do not remember the stylists name. This time however, the stylist Jan did not listen to what we wanted for my husband's hair cut and beard trim. She cut the beard way too short. She used clippers to chop a significant portion of the beard off without asking if that was the length he wanted. She did a terrible job cleaning up his neck line: it was uneven and still had stubble. The left and right side of his beard were different lengths she did not ask if he wanted the back of his neck cleaned up or his cheeks cleaned up. She rushed through it and asked zero questions of how he wanted the beard shaped.
His hair cut in the back is uneven and choppy. She did not show him the back of his hair to see if that was what he wanted. This is the worst hair cut he has ever gotten. When we got home he and I had to clean up her mess!
Stylist: Jan rushed through my husband hair cut and beard trim. The hair was choppy and the beard length was uneven. She asked zero questions about how he wanted it cut before cutting. She did not let him see the back of his hair to see if he liked it.
