I went in to get a cut and color. I have cancer and have been growing my hair back for about 6 months. I asked the stylist to recommend a cut. She had no suggestions and really didnt speak to me the entire time. She completely butchered my hair. It is so bad, I was embarrassed to go to Publix afterwards. I did not say anything to her because I didnt know what to say I was so upset. I came home and my husband could not believe how bad the cut was. He knew how excited I was to get a fresh cut after losing all of my hair from chemo over a year ago. It cost me 121 plus tip. I had to get it fixed today from another establishment. The lady who tried to fix it kept saying how chopped up it was. The staff at the new salon kept coming over to look at how bad it was. We had 5o out a plan together on how I could eventually have a good style.
I went to the Hair Cuttery to try to feel pretty after all I have gone through and left disappointed and embarrassed.
I sent a complaint through the website and have heard nothing back.
I would not recommend.
Look at the picture attached on how uneven the sides are and the terrible style that she gave me.

I brought my granddaughter in as a walk-in for a wash, cut and blow dry. It was a Sunday and there were only two stylists working that day. We made an appointment for a couple hours later and I came back and although I was late but I called ahead of time, they greeted me warmly, took us right in, did a great job on listening to my concerns and expected outcome for my granddaughters hair, and did an excellent job. My granddaughter who is 8 years old was very very happy with her hair and so was I! The price was reasonable and everybody was happy in the end. I would recommend Vanessa to anyone who would like a positive experience with a qualified stylist. Thank you again Vanessa for providing excellent service!

Fantastic place with lovely ambiance. Me and my 6 year old daughter came here and we were made to feel really special. Misty was lovely and did a fantastic job of my daughter's hair and chatted to her the whole time making her feel at ease. Veronica was so friendly and cut my hair perfectly, it was exactly what I wanted and I love it! Thank you Hair Cuttery.

The salon is clean and inviting. Inwas able to schedule online with ease. Kristal was great from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
Stylist: Kristal was very nice to work with. She cut my daughter's hair exactly how she requested. It came out amazing. She made her very happy.
