The purchase at JB factory flooring was fantastic. Dennis was able to answer all of our questions. He was able to give us a ball park figure right on the spot since we came with all the rooms dimensions. The install crew was also amazing they removed all the old carpet. Install was quick and painless. They were very professional and respectful. I would give more then 5 stars if possible.

The folks at this store were fantastic. Through contractor issues due to Covid and several trips due to our inability to decide which tiles and Luxury Vinyl Dennis worked with us every step of the way and kept us calm. Gabriel was also very helpful when it came time to load out and made sure my trailer was safe to go. I really don’t think they could have taken any better care of us through a year of contractor issues. Thanks to them we will be moving in in the near couple of weeks.

Salesman told us to come back when we were closer to our custom home being finished. Not interested in showing us anything or answering any questions. NEVER entering this place again and we went out of our way to go there. Total waste of time. Guess they just are not interested in a $30k sale. Who knew?

JB has a wide selection of flooring and colors to choose from. We were looking to replace some damaged carpet. Dennis was great from beginning to end, telling us about different carpets, being patient as we tried different color samples in our home, and making the paperwork and payment easy and convenient. Installation occurred not long after the paperwork was submitted. I could not be more pleased.

Went into the Eustis store looking for luxury vinyl flooring. We worked with Dennis, he is the honest and most knowledgeable person we’ve had the pleasure to deal with. He let us take a couple of samples home to match the color we were looking for.We ended up purchasing enough flooring for 2 rooms, KB1145 luxury vinyl flooring. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service and help we received from Dennis and the quality of the flooring we purchased.
