The selection was excellent. iPhone exactly what I needed in the three items that I was looking for, and your associate was extremely helpful as an elderly person not too technically astute she came around and helped me get through the sign-up process and was very polite and very patient.

It's great to find a store that still believes in customer service. As a man it was great to get in and easily find what I needed right away. Everything is well located and easy to find. The customer service/experience is second to none.

What a disappointment. I had planned to go to kohl's for my birthday after a late lunch. It's miles away from where I live, so it was a big deal to go. The staff was useless, not one person asked if I needed help. The selection was terrible, and it displays terrible. Couldn't find anything. They used to carry some sephora but not one bottle of perfume or makeup. Selection of clothing was terrible. I left not buying anything and was very disappointed.
