The ladies have always been very nice and I've never had to wait, BUT they are NEVER open during their advertised times. They've lost my business a couple of times because of this.

I took my daughter for her birthday, our first visit, it wasn't the best starting off. As I explained to the tech I only wanted for my 6 year old a basic manicure pedicure, they kept trying to get me to put gel on my 6 year old's nails.
On top of that the tech hot up set when I told her no, and for my daughter I told her to use a little pink and showed her the colors, this lady switched the color without asking me.
I don't appreciate how she got upset and was rude and could use some customer service training. I don't plan to go back.

Thought I was going a good deal and quality service, I was not. My nails yellowed, came off, and had to be filled way earlier than normal. When I went to a new salon, a customer there heard me talking about my experience at Eden and said theirs, and their daughter-in-laws experiences were the same.

I got my nails done a week ago and they look horrible already. I was overcharged for Pedicure . I was told $35 but was charged $55. The person who was showing pedicure book tried to be sneaky and cover lower prices and offer me a $90 pedicure at first . I only went here because I was a customer of lv nails before they switched over. I don't recommend and I will not be returning. My nails should not be lifting after 8 days. Prices are also sketchy as lady kept changing price for the final price to be way more than what I was told.

Reviews, as a business owner, I have mixed feelings on them. That said, a 5 star review wouldn't be enough for the service I had today, on a sunday just before closing. Three of us walked in, and I asked if they had time for 3 (got everything done), and not only did they accommodate us, they treated us extremely well and like you would family. Not only will I go back regularly now, but I'd probably drive there if I had to move three hours away.

I went in for a simple pedicure. There was only one person there working for over 45 minutes. I waited until a gentlemen was done doing a manicure, but while waiting, he didn't prep a chair or share a booklet for colors when I asked. It was about 15 minutes before anything happened, and he was really sweet but the service quality wasn't there with the staffing. I asked many times to make sure I got the right polish, and he went to choose a color to put underneath. I asked for pink and he brought back red and coral. I went with the coral to try to be nice, but hr was very sloppy with both the base coat and the glitter. The overall service wasn't worth $40 and I won't be returning. I did thank him for his time and tip, but if there's only one person working- save your time and walk out.

At the beginning of my appointment, the men were the only ones working, and they were pretty...gross. Dirty clothes, and hands. One was very sick he kept his mask on but the amount of times he had to excuse himself to blow his nose was enough to say "Stay home", I had to remind him to wash his hands on one of the returns I wonder how many times I missed?. Then the payment they charged me...$20 additional for my feet' white tips, and then $20 additional for my hands all for me to listen to the tech tell me over and over again that she is still practicing doing white tips. The total was way more than I've ever paid...for a student to practice on me with white tips.
