Friendly volunteers, many vintage items reasonably priced. Not like Goodwill. Your purchase helps their food bank.

Best experience I've ever had with ANY service. Primarily dealt with the owner, Jeremy, but the entire team was courteous and professional. Jeremy went above and beyond to provide oil change and system check flawlessly! I sure hope Lake County will support this independent and locally owned business!

Nice staff.Reasonable prices. And even the occasional free item - usually in poor shape, and a diyer's dream!I esp like knowing, in fact seeing!, proceeds go to people in need. You'll sometimes see the cart with free bread.

Overpriced for thrift store, and they implement the same system as Salvation Army, making small weekly discounts depending on "number on tag." Nonsense, considering it is all used, and in only fair condition. If I had wanted to shop at the SA, I would have. The reason for my 1 star rating is that the cashier that did not want to sell me at $1.00 purchase, made completely spontaneously on that day, because instead of the $1.07 total, I had $1.06 in my pocket. Really? A thrift store giving the purchaser grief over .01? Not at all living up to the "Christian mission," and I never stopped in again.

Very disappointed my first time. High prices for free items donated. Sad just seems greedy to me.

This place is AMAZING! The staff is always friendly and they have wonderful selection. But the biggest reason for 5 stars is the work they do in the community! They have times they give out food and prices are low enough to actually help people in need. I feel very happy donating every time.

The store is no longer affiliated with a church. So that means they no longer donate to the public. (No more big tax write offs!) The owners are a brother and sister. The brother is grumpy as all hell. The store could be a lot cleaner and more organized. They’ve raised their prices and look up prices on eBay in order to determine what the price of an item(s) should be in store. These are donated goods!! Customer service has been slightly better now that there’s a few people I haven’t seen working there. I still find neat stuff there on occasion
