I can't say enough about how happy we are with John and his team. They came up to Astor and performed a 100 hour service on our outboard and also compounded and detailed the boat. All I had to do was put the boat on the trailer and leave it in the driveway. It honestly looks like a brand new boat! We will be using John and his crew again and again!

Mobile Boat Restore was very responsive and quick in getting back with me and completing the work. They did an outstanding job with my outboard repair, maintainance, installing a jack plate, rerouting my battery switch, and installing my shallow water anchor. They can do it all, and they stand behind their work. I would highly recommend them.

If there was a 10 star rating, I would definately award it to Mobile Boat Restore. Don't even waste your time (or money) looking at another company to restore your gel coat, polish and wax your boat! When the job was done, my 15 year old boat looked like I just picked it up from the showroom. John worked on my boat as if it were his own. He made sure everything was perfect...... from the washdown when he started to the finish wax! He has the proper tools and materials to do the job right. And everything was done to perfection. John was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had some scratches on my boat from some work that was done on my dock. I should have posted before and after photos, as the scratches are completely gone.I also had a complete detail done on my boat. It is without a doubt the best detail I have had done. We will be using John every year to detail our boat now.

I did not hire these guys yet but felt compelled to leave a nice review as they are the ONLY company that has called me back. John took the time to diagnose my problem with me over the phone and believe it or not, had me send a few pics and I had my answer. I am going to be having them buff and wax my boat soon.

I have my boat detailed every 3 years. My old detailer move out of the area. So I contacted Mobile Boat Restore & I'm very pleased that I did. John & I agreed on a scheduled date but he broke a finger & had to reschedule. During that time he contacted me regularly to keep me aware of his status. Once he was to the point that he could work again he came out & did a marvelous job on my boat. I will certainly contact him again when it is time for my boat to be detailed again.

Both John and Nick are awesome to work with! We bought our first boat, a late 80's Wellcraft, and needless to say it needed some TLC. Well, I'll tell you what... I called a lot of places and was either not answered or told they were 5-6 weeks out. These guys came out the next morning and gave me an estimate before driving away. Truth be told, I admin I was skeptical about restoring the color and shine on my boat. John said absolutely no problem and let me tell you what... he was right! I was in town playing golf at the Mission Inn Resort. Had my sister and her husband bring their boat over to pick me up and it was absolutely disgusting after sitting out in the elements for a year and a half. I called John and he had me snap a few photos and send them to him. He promptly got back with a price per foot based on the condition of our boat. He came over within the hour and we were out on Lake Harris a few hours after that. Truth be told... we called two other shops and were told "don't have the staff this week". Thank you so much for the last minute wash and wax!! My other company that I've used backed out and left me stranded for the Labor Day weekend. After a few phone calls, John gave me a quote that sounded fair and I agreed. He showed up at our agreed time of 7am at our dock and got the boat in tip top shape by the time my guests arrived at 11.
