I bought a set of tires from this company and they broke 6 lug nuts at a cost to me. When I had a issue with one of the tires. I was told that they couldn't help me because the tire were unavailable now. They never offered to help in any other way. I had to go to another company to be able to replace the tire. I will never go to this company again or suggest this company to anyone.

Absolutely awesome place to get tires changed. Everyone was super friendly and informative, Chris at the front desk gave me a lot of useful information about the process and got my car in real quick from the start, and the tire selection was fantastic and far cheaper than some of the other places nearby. Definitely coming back to try some of their other services next time.

Chris and the team at Pep Boys Eustis are amazing. I ordered tires online and was sent the wrong size. They worked to find a solution for me, with the Leesburg store’s help, and I was able to get what I needed. I can’t thank them enough!

Shop 1424 and Rodrick resolved a problem with a tire I purchased less then one year ago at an Orlando PepBoys. The tire was losing air and when inspected I was told that it was dry rot not a puncture that was the problem. And the tire while a Michelin was from 2016 and not a Defender model. My other tires purchased in2021 showed no problems. I had never been aware of tire manufacturer dates nor did I question the model of the tire I received in Orlando. I had experienced a flat tire and was towed to PB’s after hours. When I contacted this Orlando location the following morning there was no mention of the type of tire I was receiving or the year. I was so relieved to be able to pick my car up and that was my focus. I live an hour from Orlando and a friend was driving me to retrieve my car.
Imagine my shock when I became aware of the year of manufacture and the cause of losing tire pressure. Fortunately I had my receipt and headed to a near by PB’s ( per the suggestion of the Orlando store). Rodrick listened closely to my story and ordered me a new tire. He was very professional and transparent about how he would handle my problem.
I have had my tire replaced with the correct model and current year. While this incurred a small up charge due to model type, I was and am very pleased with this experience. I have learned several things to be aware of when shopping for tires in the future. I will return to this PepBoys and ask for Rodrick’s on future visits. I hope this is noted for a plus to Rodrick’s service/performance record. Marjorie Hill

Absolutely horrible customer service I’ve personally worked on vehicles and what not and have never talked down to any of my customers my father had a flat today and we stopped by and the guy that we talked to said that he couldn’t patch it and he offered to put air in a tire that was very obviously leaking air and we had asked for help to put on the spare and the guy insisted that the lug nut wouldn’t fit on the tire which was a lie it fit perfectly because they were similar to the oem lug nuts I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to get work done at this pep boys this is the worst experience I’ve had with pep boys absolutely uncalled for

WorthlessI if I could you leave just a zero review this place would get a zero review My husband went in there to get a tire fixed they said they couldn't do nothing The guy wouldn't even do nothing said he could give him air out of a tire that was already blowing air out of a nail they wouldn't help him with nothing not even let him use a jack or nothing to change it for the spare it says rope worthless piece of you know what so we are very displeased with the eustis pep boys and will never ever recommend it or send anybody there. The eustis, fl pep boys is the worst
