I purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude E5570 with my previous hard drive data transfer. This was on 01/31/2022. This Dell has been 100% exceptional in everything I do, which includes previous LCSO reports. I am 100% satisfied and will be going back to further upgrade into the Windows 11 platform with another Dell Latitude series lap top. This TEAM has remotely assisted me a few times, and has kept me running in all my areas of work. Great TEAM!!! See you guys soon for another!

Brought in my son’s computer because gpu stopped working. Turned out to be a loose connection, they got it working no charge. Honest business and nice people.

I 100% recommend going to them! They have great prices and even better customer service. I brought my computer in, and they told me their plan and were very communicative throughout the process, and it was fixed the same day! I highly recommend them!

These guys are great and super nice! The price (though reasonable) after the free diagnostics, I was comfortable with working on it myself. Jon even took the time to answer questions about a new PC I just purchased (not from them) I will be back but hopefully I won’t need to!

The reviews here are bogus. These guys were to fix a simple power switch. Instead they allegedly found other issues and after job was done, computer crashed . I returned and they came back with silly reasons for my issues. In the end computer crashed again and when I brought it somewhere else I was told they did not restore the operating system or clean the computer correctly making an amature mistake. Had to get a new unit after I lost faith in their ability. Similar reports from my neighbors so the great reviews are suspect. Check out their response! They denied doing what they did!!
