I emailed once and nobody got back to me. I also walked in and had a few questions. They were not answered to my satisfaction. She said they would call me with answers. I received NO call.

My hair stylist is Autumn. I was having a bit of a difficult time finding a hair stylist that understood and provides what I wanted for my hair. She was wonderful and patient with me with what I wanted and did a beyond fantastic job! I have to admit, I'm a perfectionist.
That same day, I was at Tire Kingdom after the hair appt and I got a compliment from another client who had the same hair color as mine (natural) and was thinking of adding in lo-light, but changed her mind upon seeing me as the "after" picture. ?
I also went to a few other places and was just getting compliments left and right.
Autumn helped me feel like myself again and I love her for that.

Kaitlin was SO patient with me! I kept giving her conflicting requests, such as; I want it to hold up in the pool but still look kinda fancy!
She did a fantastic job including Dutch curls!

I moved to Mount Dora two months ago and asked my realtor for a good hair salon. All the many years of going to salons I have had my hair cut, trimmed, and colored. For the first time, at the Phoenix, I realized a new experience ... this is hair styling at its best! ANNA spent so much time with me, getting to know my hair type to make the best styling decisions. I feel ten years younger!

I have been going here since 2010. Best place for manicure/pedicure with Monique. My mom loves Michael who does an amazing job. And I now see Ana who gets my style and what I’m going for every time I come in. From natural to high fashion colors and cuts she gets me. She also does great at eyebrow work including coloring, waxing and trimming/shaping them. I don’t go anywhere else or trust anywhere else. You all are amazing ?
