Awesome spot! Ashton is a really courteous and knowledgeable guy. I was looking for a used bike. He took the time out to personally show me some of the bikes he had available. Had my back tire and tube replaced today on my TREK bike May 8th. This young gentleman was super and did excellent work! Very knowledgeable and definitely recommend PURE CYCLES! 5 BIG STARS. THANKS

They did a great job tuning up my Giant bike. I had put a lot of miles on it and it sure needed it. My front disk brake had been chirping, and they fixed that too.

My mother and I walked in and spoke with a gentlemen a few weeks ago on a Saturday and explained the problem I was having with my ebikes seat. He let me know he wasn't allowed to work on them but still he explained in detail how to possibly fix my problem and even gave me some small hardware he had spares of. Very knowledgeable and never made us feel lesser than... Unlike another local shop. Will definitely be finding a reason to come back to this store and support them.

My husband was riding his bike downtown when the pedal came off. Conveniently, the bike shop was right there. He went in to ask for assistance and the guy was a complete JACKA**. He offered ZERO assistance. He only kept repeating he doesn't work on electiric bikes! Clearly this was an emergency situation and it had nothing to do with the "electric bike"-- it was the PEDAL! ZERO compassion or use of common sense. This is NOT the way to treat people. I find it really had to believe that there's NOTHING a BIKE REPAIR SHOP could have done to assist. He wasn't asking for anything for free as he would have gladly paid! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

I worked at one of the top bicycle shops in Austin Texas back in the 90s. They had some of the best mechanics in the region there. The owner/operator of Pure Cycles,Patrick, is as knowledgeable and skilled (or more so) as any of those top guys that I knew. His knowledge and approach for getting you into a bike that’s appropriate and then doing necessary adjustments/repairs is the best in Central Florida. Pure Cycles inspires real confidence in one’s bicycle.

I left my Specialized bike for Pat to do whatever he felt it needed in addition to replacing a tire and pedals. He replaced the chain and rear sprockets that were 16 years old. He adjusted the cables and brakes that he said were otherwise fine. He put tube protectors inside the tires. The cost was very reasonable and my bike rides like new. I highly recommend Pure Cycles.
