Had an appt for 12:40 the system would not recognize my appt with the appt code or my phone number so they pushed my appt back 20 minutes. Super annoying. Staff is no help.

This Quest location is consistently professional, clean, on-time scheduling, helpful, and fast results. They are great at finding veins and not making several holes in you.

Staff is very nice. Johnnie pulled my blood last time, and I didn't feel a thing. My only complaint is that they do not appear to have anyone at a desk or out front helping people with the kiosks. I have no problem working the kiosks, but I see a lot of older people who do, and sometimes I have been asked for help. I gladly help them, but I think in a community where we have so many older people that we really need to accommodate them better.

I had my blood work done today and was incredibly impressed with the care I received. Johnnie was absolutely amazing—super kind, professional, and made the whole experience so smooth. I didn’t feel any pain at all, even though she had to collect 22 tubes!

If you here for employment drug test, please call them 1st for the appointment! I did not know and never been with Quest, my employment requirements to have drug test with Quest. I checked in
9:30 am with their checking in screen then the screen want me to wait 11:40am just urine test. I sat in the room and observed their TV of name who checked in and how many patients are they being served. From 6 patients to only 1 patient for quite long time. But I still waiting in the room. I asked one of a worker there that urine sample is very easy and simple, do I have to sit here while you not even busy like earlier? She said yes, because I walked in, they only served with all the people with appointment 1st. I said but all the people in the room walked in not appointment are you still waiting for people with the appointment that not even here yet? She said yes.
They've rather stick with that appointment. Sure, I would do the same if have known that Quest taking only appointment.
However if they are flexible to take people with just easy like urine test, they could have more patients to charge on. Instead have them waiting till the calling time. What's hard for just urine out in a cups to this?

Everything was good on my visit.
The person who helped me was very professional, his name is Allen.
I didn't have to wait, everything clean, everyone friendly.
Very different from the citrus tower location in Clermont.

I have always been a hard stick when it comes to drawing blood, and even when successful, it often doesn't flow well, making the process very frustrating. However, Allen at Quest did an outstanding job. He was able to get all the samples needed for my doctor with ease. Allen was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. I will definitely request him whenever I need blood drawn in the future .

Employee tells me to come back to drop off a sample without telling me that I need an appointment. I'm now waiting 1.5 hours missing work just to simply drop off a sample which at any doctors office would take all of 10 seconds.
They also told me that their computer flagged a lab test saying my insurance likely wouldn't pay for it but when I asked my insurance they said the lab was covered and that no pre-approval was ran so Quest is either incompetent or lying.
EDIT: One of the employees got me in to accept my sample in about 20 minutes. Still a bad experience overall.

This place is far about the worst I wouldn't recommend I've got lab work done about almost 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten my results back yet and the communication sucks they do not answer their phones

This place used to be good now it's horrible to the core .The new computer system doesn't explain their system very good. People were complaining and got yelled at by the person who came out to call the next person in .I have waited almost 3 hours still no luck .If I didn't need this for a appointment I would have left 2hours ago .

My visit was simple and quick. Checked in through text message, walked in and sat down. I was called on time and seen by Karla who was polite and professional. Great job!

This people don’t know how to poke people to get blood. Terrible place to get blood taken. My arm has been bruised for days now. Will not be back here.
