Had an appt and so did not have to wait very long. Scheduling online is very easy. I have had 2 poor painful experiences with the technician drawing blood. Yes I am a nervous about it. Both times they jabbed very painfully. Leaving a bruise. When it is done correctly it doesn't hurt. This time the technician did not even engage in conversation. Did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. Very moody looking for my order, finally found it after rudely telling me it wasn't there. Then proceeded to draw blood with out any communication at all - pocked me pretty hard which made me jump. She then proceeded to dig and try to recapture the vein until I finally said how much it hurt so she stopped and said she'd get someone else. This other more senior person came in and just rudely said do you want to use the same arm or the other one. Not even a hello or acknowledging that I was upset. I responded that I usually don't have any issues with my veins and to use the same one. So she said ok. She also jabbed me very hard so I jumped and then she proceeded to tell me it was my fault they were having issues by reacting when they jabbed me. If it is done correctly it does not hurt!!! Also a little kindness - hello goes a long way.

Made an apptmt. for I needed to head out for work. 8 Patients ahead of me that already waited for 1.5 hours. Guess that says it all......

I use to never have any problems here, but the last 2 times have been horrible.Less experienced people have drawn my blood and I just can't go back after using them for years. Using needles too big, I am so badly bruised looks like I have been in a fight and the pain, I sweated though it. I'm not some companies test and training dummy

This is a very nice lab. You can tell is new or was recently renovated. When you come in, head straight to the tablets on the wall and check yourself in. It will guide you through the check-in process and scanning your ID right there. Your initials will appear on the TVs on the waiting room. These TVs also show how many people are being care for and how many have appointments on this time range. Your name will disapear from the screen when the nurse/tech is coming out to call you. The person who did my blood work was awesome. I barely felt the pinch and did not brused at all (I always get horrible black n blues on my arm after blood tests).My appointment was on a Tuesday at 2pm and the lab was empty. Got in and out pretty fast!

I have had good experiences every time I've been here at Quest. They are organized and efficient. It's best to have your lab order with you, and an appointment made. They are always busy but wait time is fairly short.Every phlebotomist I've had has been very proficient and personable. They are quick at finding a good vein and completing their job with quiet efficiency. It's not my favorite thing to do, but if I need lab work I'll go to Quest. Highly recommend.

Zero stars! After calling and calling and calling , no one answered. Had to get in my car and drive over. Now this is hard for me because I wear be an AFO brace, left foot and have arthritis on the other foot. I arrived to speak with someone regarding charges and if they had financial assistance as my blood work was going to be $300. Girl said she would find out. Comes back and says they only have financial assistance if I didn’t have insurance. I told her it was like I didn’t have since they weren’t covering it. She then shrugged her shoulders and said that was all. I mentioned to her that someone should answer the phone and set up voicemail. Says they haven’t set it up. She said “okaaaay” No help. No customer service and what seemed like a child helping me, an adult with problems. Wth does that child know about feeling bad, not knowing what’s wrong, among other issues.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This location is amazing! I told him things they listened. They helped me they were able to draw my blood and amazing honor. I say that because when I go to the hospital, they need to use an ultrasound machine, so thank you quest diagnostics in Eustis for having an amazing set of employees that are filled with compassion and understanding and care

Appointments and registration is easy... staff friendly and competent, patient flow is quick . The office is spacious and easy to get in and out for the most part. The only thing I would suggest is adding a handicap ramp at curb in front of the building.

Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment at the Mt. Dora location. They are friendlier, faster and more professional. I will not come back to this location again. *read the reviews, 10 out of 10 scored a 1 star, I have a feeling if it could be zero that is what you would see.

We have used quest a few times. We never had any problems until last week. My 27 year old autistic son needed a routine blood draw. He has had no issues in the past. But this time did not go well. He got a technician that did not care at all. She did not hit the vein on the first try. Most would pull the needle and try again. But this girl must care more about how many tries it takes her, and went through leaps and bounds to get it in on that first p****** By jamming the needle around until she finally got blood. My son comes out to tell me that she hurt him so badly that he passed out and they had to put cold cloths on his face and neck.. not from the 2 tubes of blood.. but from pain of what she did with the needle. No training in the world could help a person like that become more skilled.. As she just did not care about the person she was pricking.. Pic is from a week and 2 days after the draw.. I will never use this location again.

Please update this website saying that you are no longer in business atthis address. This location has been our go-to place for lab work for 6 years and have never had a problem, but you need to post the closing online. No where online does it say that you have relocated.
