We got our tree really late this year. The people were really, really sweet. Really kind and we gotta tree and it's still beautiful.

Drove 1 hour to get here to pick out a tree. We selected a tree and when we got home noticed that the tree was split open all the way up. Drove an hour back the next day because they wouldn't answer the phone and was told with a smerk on the managers face sorry can't do anything that I would have to deal with that tree. They didn't care at all. Last time I will go here. I don't recommend this place at all! Beware!

Nice place to take the family and enjoy the music, the animals and the Christmas trees. They have food, ice-cream and drinks like beer, wine and cocktails. It's cute but it could use a little more care (the picnic tables were very dirty and not enough trash cans).

Literally left covered in ticks. I am so serious. My roommate and I went here to get a real tree to celebrate the Christmas season and instead got our spirits crushed as we pulled well over 25 ticks out of ourselves throughout the car ride home and in our extensive showers. I will say, the tree that we got from there (we got one of the imported ones to be specific) is a beauty! super cute and well-priced! However, the U-cut trees were rather ugly but only $45 so I guess you get what you pay for. Food was mediocre but I didn't expect any different at a tree farm. They had gluten-free nachos which was nice. I can't say I agree with the reviews left about the employees since they were all pretty kind in my experience and overall incredibly helpful. The maze was fun, the tricycles were funny, the ziplines looked cool, the animals were fun to see, lights were pretty, but the ticks were traumatizing.

For the most part it was good. There was a lot of activities to keep kids busy like bouncy pad, tractor ride, the maze, sldies, bicycles for the whole visit. The downside was the feed bags were extremely small, not worth the $2, not enough garbage bins at eating area, no drinking fountain. The place was also extremely crowded might have been overlooked. But overall it was worth the visit.

Fantastic experience! SO many fun activities for kids - bounce pads and slides, horse rides and zip lines (for an extra cost), tractor rides, petting animals, etc! We came expecting to spend an hour minutes and ended up spending 4 hours. Prices were reasonable and I actually like the reservations required policy- some people complain, but the facility was perfectly attended today- just enough people to feel busy, never enough to feel crowded. Staff was friendly, we got a tree and started a new yearly family tradition!

This farm never misses, it's our third year going and their tree prices actually went down this year! The tacos were delicious, and the whole experience is so unique for Florida, highly recommend the trek!

It was a lot of fun, well organized, and we spent a lot of time there and yet it was so relaxing. There is a lot to do there ♥️.

The fall season has started in Orlando. The weather has gotten cooler and nice. I wanted to do something outdoors that had animals and activities. Santa's farm had various fall activities and had optional horse riding and zip lines available. I decided to book a combo admission and horse ride for a Saturday, and an extra animal feed for the farm animals. The total cost was about 28 dollars, which includes the fees and taxes. I was given an hour window to enter, which was between 11:30am and 12:30pm. It took me about 40 minutes from Metrowest to get to the farm (plus tolls). When I entered, I was greeted by attendants who helped me find parking in their free lot. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly agent, who asked my name, then gave me a ticket for the horse ride, and feed for the animals. When I was then greeted by a nice pumpkin display. Going to the left was the food area, where I could get hotdogs, burgers, tacos, sweets, and drinks for a reasonable price. Going to the right were the activities and farm animals. The feed was very little in a plastic bag, but ample enough to give to the animals. I saw chickens, goats, donkeys, cows, and pigs. All loved having their treats and being petted, and most looked happy and nicely groomed. Going further are various other activities. I saw kids jumping on the pillow mat, and people enjoying the zip lines. There was a hay ride pulled by a Kubota Tractor going to the tree area. Upon walking further, there were more activities. Because I heard that the horse rides were popular and can have long lines, I went there first. I got lucky and didn't see much of a line. I gave my ticket to a friendly attendant, and wanted a min or two max for a horse. When my turn came, a horse walker greeted me to step on the mounting block, and staddle my steed, Cisco. He was the oldest horse in the barn, and was fine giving me a ride right around a short circle, which lasted about 2 minutes max. I was led throughout the whole ride by the walker. All I had to do was sit, relax, and enjoy the comfortable and relaxing ride. The horse looked well fed and groomed. After the ride, I tipped the walker for the ride. There were other free activities including a small maze, tricycles for kids and adults, a barrel ride pulled by John Deere tractor, space hoppers (hopping balls), shark tooth finding, and barrel bull lasso. I saw the kids having fun with the activities, and I tried some too. I enjoyed the short maze, looking for pictures of horror movie characters. I tried the tricycle, which brought back my childhood. It was a workout to pedal, but still fun to do a round. The hopping balls were mostly kid sized, but I was about to sit on the bigger ball and hop a bit around the area. I tried to lasso the barrel bull, but couldn't really capture it. Instead, I saw kids pretend to ride it, so the equestrian in me got on for a pretend ride as well. I thought about doing the slides, but when I saw how steep it was and how hard the ground for the landing, I decided against it. I also didn't care for the hay ride or the barrel ride, since I don't care for noisy engines. For the food area, I tried the sausage hotdog, which had a good sized spicy pork sausage in a bun with peppers for 6.50. I could have a drink and chips combo for two dollars more, but didn't take the offer. There were plenty of seats, and a live band was playing various kinds of music. Bathrooms were mostly port a potties, but they looked clean. For the 15 dollar admission, plus 7 dollars for the horse ride, I thought it was a pretty good deal. I could have done the zip lines for 10 dollars more (as a combo in the ticket), but didn't care for it. It did look fun though as I saw many people enjoying it. Helmets were required for the upper line, but optional for the lower line only for little kids. I was not sure if they sold those tickets during the event, and I am pretty sure you had to buy them in advance. Tickets were not refundable, but still a good deal for an outing.

BEWARE!! BEWARE BEWARE!!! This place is horrible. Do not bring your family. There is no food and they lie on the website that they have food. There is no pumpkins and the ones that they do have a very ugly and hideous. The owner is a horrible, hateful person that does not help or accommodate. She pretends to be nice when she replies to negative reviews but in person she is ready to fight with you and yell and scream if you are unhappy with the service of the place. You can see when you arrive it’s a scam. A cash grab. There was no food and she told us to just leave and go get food somewhere else after we told her that we came from over an hour away. The website claims that they have all these different foods and it is simply not true. When we ask for a refund of $20, she said that’s just your opinion and I don’t have to help you you need to change your attitude and you were the only ones that don’t like it. She persisted to tell me to open up my bag because my backpack is so big and I must have some food. We told her that we drove from really far to come and she mocked us asking for my ADDRESS. She said “I don’t know where you are from. What’s your address?” She is so rude she laughed at us and yelled at us and I can see from other reviews she has a lot of experience doing this to others. They have no food but extreme amounts of alcohol for a kids place? Clearly they wanna milk you of all your cash. She told us to leave and go get food and it’s our opinion and choice not like that there’s no food? That’s insane. That doesn’t even make sense. That’s not an opinion it’s a fact. You have no food. There is no pumpkins. There was nowhere to take pictures with your family. That’s not an opinion and there are multiple leaving reviews saying the same. I saw a review saying that there was flies all over some peoples food and they would not refund them! Someone also left a review saying how the owner threw money at them. She was so upset from the moment she walked up to us. She was ready to fight and seems to enjoy it. She then gas lights you and says that you have an attitude because her establishment is less than subpar and does not have food or pumpkins or a decent photo area. It was like no one was keeping up with the place or taking care of it. Truly a cash grab and a scam. They don’t care to tend to customers and I even tried calling two times earlier in the morning to ask about what food there is and no one answered. She did not care about that or apologize. She acted like we are wrong for expecting food. She said “I never promised you food” but the website says they have all kinds of food. She actually made fun of my diaper bag and told me your bag is so big why don’t you open up let’s see what’s in it maybe you have food in it. She is delusional and she is racist. She is unprofessional and childish in how she handles her business. She should be ashamed. We don’t want to come back to your business and many people left reviews saying they won’t return either. You clearly care about reviews since you respond to me here but ignored helping to resolve the issue in person. She said I don’t care if you leave me a bad review and I didn’t even think about leaving one? which shows she had experience with unhappy customers. You are trying to say we told you slurs to make yourself look good on your reviews but she is really racist. We ended up finding a much nicer place with many activities and it was beautiful. The service was nice and friendly. Again I will say BEWARE!! Do not come here do not waste your time or money. Plain out sucks!

Loved my time here! Went with my family of 6 - 4 kids (ages 6, 4, 2 and 3months) and there was just so much to do. Not a lot of walking either - I felt it was easy to roam around. It wasn't too difficult to roll the double stroller around either. Some other popular farms in the area are impossible to get strollers through but this farm was great. Petting zoo, hay ride, face painting, horseback riding, barrel ride, big slides, sand pit - the kids loved it. They even got to pet ducks. The face painting lady was nice and very quick. The horseback riding line was a bit long (45 min wait) which was hard with little ones. We just ate lunch in line but of course the kids complained - not sure the optimal time to hit that line. Would have liked a little more photo op areas but those are my only criticisms. Overall - amazing event. We didn't even have time to visit the food area because everyone was so tired but I heard the live music and it sounded great. Definitely returning next year.

I've been to Santa's Tree Farm several times with my family, and the experience is always fantastic! There are lots of fun activities for children and adults alike, and the farm is beautiful. The animals are really well cared for and have a wonderful habitat, unlike several other farms in Central Florida. This is really important to us and a big deciding factor in which establishments we choose to visit. We look forward to visiting again this year!
