Terrible experience they took way too long to even attend us even with 4 people then they didn't tell us our order was ready and the coffee tasted like swamp water!

I ordered an iced white mocha, all I wanted extra was ice. They couldn't even do thst. I got a hot coffee, I can't drink and tastes terrible. I'll never go to another Starbucks again.

The barista handed me my drink that was filled 3/4 of the way up. I asked why wasn't it full. She said she could add more ice. The drink was already more ice than coffee. She robbed me. Right in front of my face. And said it's OK, there's nothing you can do about it. Little did she know I am a self appointed platinum level Google reviewer.

I use to be shift supervisor at this store. I have been worked there for three years, since the day it opened in 2017. Now I go there time to time but no one is able to make my espresso macchiato properly. I hate being a Karen, I despise those characters, but every time is the same story, I have to make them remake my coffe all the time. I almost have to argue today with who probably was a shift manager and she had quite an attitude with me while I was simply explaining to the barista that the espresso macchiato always come in the short cup, but she was making at in a tall. And I was the one to specify the size at the moment i placed my order?? Since when??Either way, there are constantly new people, it's impossible to get a decent espresso macchiato, when nobody knows how it is done.And the managing is really weak and lack in manners.I had great moments during the time spent working there. As a customer it's really become a challenge.

Ordered a grande cappuccino on the mobile app. Arrived to find the drink was not correct. When I asked the barista about the drink being incorrect, she became insolent.This is a coffee shop not a convenience store. The barista's should be properly trained and should take pride in their craft. In addition, there is no place for an insolent attitude in customer service.

"shift manager" girl has the WORST ATTITUDE I've ever experienced as a customer ANYWHERE and that's sayin something. This used to be my go-to in Eustis but this location needs a shake up- the fact that the rudest woman with no customer service skills is a shift manager kinda explains why this particular location has gone so downhill in the last year. Either go to the Leesburg location or the MT Dora one. Skip Eustis unless you want to be yelled at and demeaned by a rude Peppermint Patty wanabe.

Brought the littles for a birthday treat - Barbie Frappuccinos from the secret menu. Natalie was aaaaamazing, upbeat, answered our questions, made adaption recommendations to suit our tastes and moods. That girl needs recognition! Natalie is the epitome of great customer service!

The baristas here are upbeat every time we have visited.I never have preferred the rather bitter taste of Starbucks coffee. To me, it seems overly charred. But my husband loves it so there you go.
