Rarely if ever does this branch return a phone call. Even when I’ve gone there in person and get stuck talking to the same person I feel like I lost brain cells after hearing her response. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in the last 50 years.

I went in the bank to have a form filled out that I have had filled out in previous years by a personal banker. The teller by the name of Carla told me she could help me but to give her a moment so I waited. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting a personal banker helped me fill out the form that took all of 2 minutes and never saw Carla again. I have been banking her for 16 years and have watched the service go extremely down hill.

Went there to cash a check and went through the drive thru they cashed my check, despite not having an account with them but the check I received was from someone who has an active account with Truist, and I went right on home. There was a small check cashing charge but what place doesn't these days.

I’ve had a fraud case going for a while so I went into the branch. I’m disabled and they told me to call them back. It will be my 4th call. You guys need to go back to suntrust values. When you have a fraud on your account it’s scary. I asked them to freeze the card until they figured it out but the fraudulent card balance keeps going up I caught this on the first time and called right away. The card should’ve been frozen from the first phone call. Now I’m on my 4th. Will that help?

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. This bank charges business owners 2 dollars for using the night deposit. BEWARE!

Unfortunately it has the only drive up ATM for truest in the area. I have to drive from Mount Dora to Eustis unless I want to walk up stairs etc etc. Being disabled makes it kind of rough not having a ATM drive up at Mount Dora

Since they have taken over my loan from SunTrust, they have sent me late notices on my AUTOMATIC payment which is scheduled to be made a day before the due date. They have assessed over $300 in late fees EVERY MONTH since they’ve taken over!!!! No one can seem to figure out what the problem is, I have gone into one of the branches, I have talked to four different people on the phone. No one seems to be able to straighten it out. They had me email them proof that my payment was made and then never bothered to respond. Ready to go elsewhere. They are the TRUIST of failures.
