Convenient and extremely busy location... Thankfully lots of ample parking in the shopping plaza! This location is utilizing and existing abandoned store front and not the modern corporate TSC design. Space inside is a bit cramped but the staff has done an amazing job making the best with what they have to work with. Store is clean and we'll maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and take issues that occur seriously and deliver a solution quickly. Compared to other TSC stores that have more space and clearly a better funding budget this one is exceptional in nature...

I use the curb side pick up and no matter who it is that brings out my order, theyre so polite & friendly, helpful..Im sorry I don't know all their names but Chuck, and I think there's a Chris& Mike, also have been a couple of women whose name I don't know but were just as equally kind as well..THIS kind of service is worth brining attention to!..Thank yall

We went in yesterday for the first time to use the dog wash facility. We were warned ahead of time that the hot water didn't work. The employee said it hadn't worked in months, but another employee thought it had been fixed. The dog wash stations were filthy and disgusting. It didn't look like the tubs had been cleaned since prior washings, the floor was wet and filthy, the dog grooming tools were full of dog hair, and there were dirty towels piled up in the corner. There was no hot water, but, fortunately, the water wasn't ice cold. When we took our dog out of the tub to dry him off, we laid a towel on the floor for him to stand on. Every time he walked on the floor then back on the towel, his paws were black.
We came to Tractor Supply to save a few bucks because the place we were using raised their prices. We thought about asking for a refund and leaving, but because we were already there, my husband said that we would use it once but never again.
I never thought I'd ever have to leave a 1-star review for Tractor Supply, but this was an absolutely horrible experience.

Most of the employees appear to be addiction substances. The only reason to shop at Eustis vs Leesburg would be to interact with the old woman. Her communication skills are similar to a 3 year olds and she has the IQ of a shoelace.

While attending a horseshow not far from the store we realized we were out of Ulcerguard. I called the store and Faith was able to check inventory quickly and solve the problem. She was very professional and helpful and it really made a difference in how the rest of our day went. THANK YOU FAITH!!

Today I went in hoping to give my dog a bath using the pet wash stations at this TSC. I walked in and was instructed to get in line and pay for the wash. The cashier signed me up for their loyalty program because the 4th bath is free. I started the water and noticed it was cold so i shut the cold side completely off and only ran the hot side. I even let it run for a while before testing it. The water was in my opinion ice cold. When we asked, we were advised that the water can take 30-60 minutes to get "warm". Not sure why this isn't communicated prior to purchase or why its even a thing. I feel robbed of my time & money. Not to mention I feel awful for my dog who had to endure a cold shower. I will never come back to this establishment for a dog bath again. I've attached my receipt as proof that I actually was a customer. It's 2024, TSC, please do better. There is no excuse for this and certainly no excuse for how quickly your employee had the "30-60" minute line ready to go. Pet parents please beware.

Tractor Supply is where I go to get all of my animal food including for my dogs and cats.They have great products and their prices are reasonable.The staff is always very friendly and helpful .
