This amazing little shipping place saved the day! They packed, boxed, and shipped my grandmother's antiques with no problem and at very reasonable prices! Everything got to its destination in perfect condition. The two women owners do a fantastic job, and the man who works there goes above and beyond always.

Rented a Penske truck and picked it up from here (US Pak & Ship).Steve was incredibly helpful through the whole process, plus helped us make changes to our rental after we changed our mind about having a trailer. He also offered to teach us how to use the truck and all the different buttons since it was a diesel truck.Hugely helpful experience. Never had anything this good when previously dealing with uHaul people - won’t use uhaul again.

I have been going here for several years. Never a problem. The gals that work there are friendly, helpful and have a good sense of humor! They always acknowledge people when they come in and get to you pretty quick! If anyone has a complaint with this place I suggest you go elsewhere . You won't find anywhere better than this to get your business done!

Donna super helpful. I had to return 2 monitors, laptop, keyboard and file box to my old job in Denver. She had the packaging supplies needed to send off the equipment with ease. Also explained how to print labels out at home since my company did a bad job providing my with the account number and instructions. Should I need to ship anything again I would use them again. Thank you!

This place is the real deal! They did an amazing job. I walked in there with a sewing machine and extension table to ship from FL to MA. It was packed perfectly, shipped, and made it there safe and sound!!

Too many unkind and very outdated reviews to ignore. I've been mailing many packages from this service for about 14 years...since I moved here. I've always had a positive experience, although I admit that on occasion I observed the owner being rude and abrupt with employees. Never saw that with customers directly. However, all the negative reviews may now be ignored. The owner passed away very suddenly and the long-time employees, especially Mariah and Donna, have reconstructed the atmosphere into one of happy welcoming and super helpful service. I love going to them with my mailing challenges. They do not disappoint.

I love coming here for my shipping needs! They carry Florida post cards, which are harder to find than you would expect. They have some really cute decor and novelty items. To top it off, every time I go in there the ladies who help me are nice and the service is quick.
