Went to ship a package to Australia. Told them I had an estimate of $62 from another local UPS. She said $272! I repeated the estimate. Same story. Drove 1/2 hr back to other store. Yep, $62. It went through USPS, which all UPS stores supposedly offer and the shipping manager confirmed.

I stopped in this location to do an Amazon return and to mail a personal package, the staff here was amazing, so friendly and attentive. Only one customer inside when I arrived and she was finishing up so, I had practically no wait. This location is pretty small and was stacked almost floor to ceiling with packages waiting to go out, there were a few UPS drivers inside moving boxes out to their trucks, no easy task with this kind of volume.After the clerk scanned the QR code for my Amazon return I received a notification stating my refund to my Amazon account was completed. I love the fact that I only needed to drop off the product I was returning without a box or label, I was also offered a physical confirmation receipt even though my app showed the confirmation.This is definitely a UPS Store I can recommend without hesitation and when I need this type of service and I'm in the area you'll find me here...

It was a very pleasant experience for getting notarized documents for a wheelchair friend for his overseas transaction.The notary Mr Saumil Nihalani gave extra guidance for an error free transaction.

As far as UPS stores go this one is the most expensive I've seen yet. $1.69 per page to print something from email. On average for 20 pages I pay between 6 to 10 tops. Here it would have been almost $40!!! This is just ridiculous. So if you're looking to get ripped off by all means come here. Greed is a sickness store owner. Get better soon. There is an Office Depot 7 minutes down the road that prints for17 cents a page.

Well just read the Reviews here and it's pretty obvious to me that most if not all of the Positives are phony/planted! It's also pretty obvious that so many of these complaints go back so far ( 7 yrs longest I found) and are still relevant today that absolutely nothing is ever done to fix any of it!! So folks no one really cares and if you're smart you'll definitely go elsewhere!???

The girl with glasses and messy hair was rude to me and the cx before me, extremely rude doesn’t offer any solutions just problems, you should re staff that store, at least her. Extremely rude she shouldn’t be working at the store, according to the receive is the employee number: 116156, but not sure if is her.

Desired to send family heirloom China(80 yrs old) to daughter. The packages were received BROKEN!! Tried to get insurance claims from UPS Store & UPS itself(ie online.upscapital.com/tc…). Both corporation and mgr Saumil Nihalani VERY lacking in help in getting UPS claims thru. Received vague VM's w/ Bogus return phone numbers Website very difficcult to proceeded to file claim(s)....Upon last meeting(6/22/23), manager refused refund too!! Beware, your packages will be broken...even store associate said that UPS claims were ATLEAST 2 mos in return,if not at ALL returned at ALL!!! Good Luck! Want pictures(,

I saw an ad for $1 per pound for paper shredding. They charged me $2.50 and would not acknowledge the ad. Plus I was 1 oz over and they charged me for a full pound. The clerk was very rude and acted like it was a problem to wait on me. Awful service. Won’t go back.
