Katherine from Verizon was very very helpful and caring. My iPhone was stolen and she was able to help me find the best affordable upgraded iPhone and was able to retrieve all my information. She was very personable , pleasant, and very smart. I can’t think her enough for helping me through this difficult situation of losing my phone and all my information/ photos, etc. I wish her the best in life!

After 23.5 years of being a customer with Verizon Wireless I needed a new phone So I came to the cellular sales store in Eustis and had Jordan, "The Man" give me Exceptional Customer Service with a hook-up on my New Galaxy S-24 Ultra......... Give him a promotion, and Thank You!!!

My original sales representative was nice in the beginning but after I had an issue with my brand new phone, she was very unhelpful. Thankfully a sales representative named Jordan assisted me throughout the whole process to get it fixed. He was very helpful!!

Monday evening I took my aunt to this location to add a line to my account and to get her a brand new iPhone. She’s never had a new iPhone before and I wanted to do this for her bc she’s been a huge help to myself and my daughter. The rep that evening, Devon took care of us and told us that it could take 48 hours to port her number. However, it usually does not take that long. Her original provider released the number the very next morning and there should’ve never been an issue yet when she did call the location they said that she should come in today which is January 24 and meet with their manager that will be in at 10 o’clock. Not only was my aunt there at 10 o’clock but the Manager was not and they could not get a hold of the manager. My aunt then contacted me With the representative at the store, A blonde lady by the name of Jo, that lady was extremely rude from the start of the call until the end of the call. She was talking to me in a very snobby way, telling me that I need to go on My Verizon app and add my aunt as an authorized user. I have no problem doing that however, I’m telling her can you please tell me how to do that and she is just continuing to be really really snobby and very rude. I finally said I don’t appreciate you being so rude to me and I don’t even know how to do this can you at least walk me through it? That’s when she turned it around on me said that I was being rude and that she was not going to help us anymore and kicked my aunt out of the store and hung up on me. I have never in my life been treated so terribly by a customer service representative. We were at the store for four hours on Monday night, We were dealing with this yesterday and Hoping for some type of resolution, my aunt made an appointment to see a manager and this is how we got treated. We were also told that we would get a free block for my new phone because the new phones don’t have a charger with them just a Cord and they refused to give that to us as well. You would think with all the computers, apps and everything doing everything for us somebody with a job like that would go above and beyond and do a better job than the computers in order to keep their job. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I think this lady needs to be trained all over again on Customer Service. I don’t even think she should be dealing with customers on a daily basis with the way she speaks to people and rolls her eyes at people. My aunt needed her phone charged because of course she didn’t have a charger. The lady plugged her in for two minutes gave her 2% more charge and said that should last you two hours. Good luck. This was before anything escalated. I think Devon my original rep was great and did everything he could to make everything right however, that woman does not need to be working with customers, unless she figures out a better way to deal with them or how to treat the public. The two stars I’m giving for this review is for Devon only, that lady shouldn’t have a job treating people that way!

We stopped into this Verizon store today and was greeted by the most amazing young man, Jorge Alverez. Both my husband's and my phone were not working to the point we could not use them. He knew exactly what to do to bring them both back to working order. We found him to beknowledgeable, friendly, professional, and sincere. We have always gone to Lady Lake store but this will be the place we return because of him. Verizon is very lucky to have him as an employee.
