I firmly believe that U-Haul should upgrade their internet and equipment to be more accurate and prompt for their customer checkout and and easier for the retailer to rent check out trailers, trucks and tow dollys. “Rented a car dolly in Florida.Loaded a Toyota Corolla on it, returned it chandler,Az. 3 days later. The staff (young lady) unhooked all the equipment . I had to pay an extra$75.00 cash. I said to the lady in Florida that I won’t be able to give me my cash back ,cause they won’t have that amount available.(typically money drops to avoid being robbed). I was greatful to see that I was wrong. They did say that they (u-haul) had $100.00 available. I recommend this U-haul!”
