The rooms are super clean and recently renovated. There are multiple fire pits and lounging areas all overlooking the river. Speaking of the river, it’s absolutely beautiful and the motel property has its own boat launch and river access! The staff are super friendly and helpful and don’t forget to ask them about making s’mores!

We had a very pleasurable stay and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a relaxing retreat on the river.”

“We recently spent 3 nights in the 2 queen suite. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodated our special requests of non smoking and pet free room. The room itself was clean and the a/c was efficient. The location worked for our purpose of visit and you could walk to restaurants etc. Hotel was actually quiet even though we faced the main road. The lobby is basically check in and out only, and they do have coffee and a pitcher of cold water which was refreshing. There is one washer and dryer in the breezeway and the washer actually worked without using quarters. If you need change either bring quarters with you or you can walk right next door to the car wash and they have a change machine. The downside was the room was a bit tight with 3 adults, our luggage and backpacks and the bathroom itself is very small. The hotel and room is in need of upgrading and refreshing, including the bedding and furniture. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and one of the beds was tilted/leaning to one side. We also had trouble opening the bathroom door a few times. These issues were reported at checkout and they would have maintenance handle them right away. The grab and go breakfast consisted of packaged small size honey buns, oatmeal snack cakes, bread to toast, make your own waffles, oatmeal, coffee and a juice machine with choices of 2 different juices. The pool was not really useable during my visit last weekend as apparently there is an issue with the chemicals and pump or filter. They were awaiting pool maintenance this arrive this week. There is a room deposit when checking in separate from the room cost itself. It is refunded at check out and does show up on your bank account rather quickly.”
