Phone available during business hours. These people are very helpful regarding their products. Just spoke to them a few days ago. Covid has hammered them down quite a bit.

Placed an order a replacement part for one of their antennas. The guy did everything he could to talk me out of the order. Now 4 weeks and called to check status...nothing but busy signals and no voicemail.

Been trying to call them for weeks. The phone only has a busy signal. No response from email. I’ve got a Titan DX I’d like to get replacement parts for. They only list the 80 meter cap as a available part but I need additional parts. I’m not ordering anything until I can talk to someone. I wonder if they are in business anymore. The antenna was great when it was working.

This past week my GAP Titan Antenna took a bend during a storm here in Alabama. I called GAP and spoke to Richard and instead of selling me a new lower section, he walked me through a possible repair!! Great company who cares for their customers.

I totally agree with Steve B in his review of the type of customer service you get with GAP Antenna. I have sent 4 different Emails to their designated email contact site and I have never gotten a response back from them until I was finally able to contact them (Richard) by phone. When I talked to Richard, you could tell he was trying to bring up my email to review it after it had been on their system for 3 weeks. Now my last Email has been on their system for a month and I still haven't heard from them. I have tried to call them numerous times only to get a busy signal. Here is what their Website contact page says! Email Us Anytime! We will answer your email as soon as possible. Usually same day!GAP Antenna99 North Willow St.Fellsmere, FL 32948Phone: (772) 571-9922Fax: (772) 571-9988Now as far as their Titan antenna, I've been struggling to get the SWRs on some of the frequency bands to get to an acceptable level so I could transmit . There is no description or guidelines on how to make adjustments for the different bands. This antenna is just a mystery to me on how it works and the only hope for getting it right is to rely on help from GAP Antenna Products and good luck with that!

This is a good product if you understand exactly how to put it together. I have to be very meticulous about the way it's assembled. If you want customer support forget about it. They only respond to you if you send in an order for a new part. I've emailed them several times and hear no response. Many many other people on the Internet say the same report. So I found their phone number hidden. I've called it several times it's always busy. They have a fax number two. However the phone company says this is not a working number. So if you want a good antenna this is a good product but do not expect good customer support.

I'm a Titan DX Owner since 10 years now. Product can be considered acceptable, as it performing well on most of the ham bands except low bands where in 30 meter is often high. Price is very high (at least here in EU) and provided documentation is insufficient. Several web site helps much more. Support experts are just in the US, and respond to phone calls. This is based on my recent personal experience.

Have Gap Titan DX up for 13 years now and just took it down to clean up corrosion and retune. I only needed to replace the jumpers but the atenna has worked well for me. I found I had a tuner rod 90 degrees off and corrected that, now 30m works well where it didn't all those years. I tuned on ground and raised it up for final check. The ground will effect tuning so keep that in mind. I also recommend rope guys if you get strong winds, just for peace of mind. The only thing I would improve would be the manual. I like pictures!

Just bought my first Gap antenna at the Orlando Hamcation, what great guys. I listened to them explain resolutions to peoples problems, and tell about the common mistakes they make assembling the antennas. I expect no problems getting mine together this weekend. The website has obviously been updated (very nice), all the information and manuals are there now which really helped me make my decision as to which antenna i purchased. I know several Gap antenna owners that are very pleased with their antennas I know I will be too!

Like the antenna (Titan DX), but can't find any parts diagrams for it. Website needs more information. There is no parts manuals that I can find for nay antennas except the capacitors for the DX.
