i just left from a super bad experience at the altamonte at store and came here to have a FANTASTIC one. what a 180.
all the guys there are helpful, in a great mood & can tell they are good teammates. austin changed my battery on this hot summer day. he was helpful, and explained things in basic terms for a girl who knows nothing about cars.

I had a great experience at Store 72 thanks to Beth. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me select the right product for my car. Beth was not only helpful but also very approachable and well-presented. It was a pleasure chatting with her—her professionalism and friendly attitude truly made the visit enjoyable. What a great service and what a great team at the firm Park store James and Kim. My check engine light came on. It’s been intermittent and when my wife suggested, I come to AutoZone to get it checked. I thought it was going to be a long and painful experience, but it was anything but that James came out immediately hooked up the car Had the information I needed And had me on my way in no time. If you check engine light comes on I definitely go to an AutoZone great team. Thank you for being there on a holiday weekend.

Five Stars for Pete at AutoZone!
I had a great experience with Pete—he went above and beyond. Not only did he replace my battery quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to clean the terminals and run a proper diagnostic test to make sure everything was in good shape. It’s rare to find that kind of thorough, thoughtful service these days. Thanks, Pete!

Absolutely terrible, guy told me battery would be okay if we just charged it, didn’t call us to let us know it was charged then when we finally got there he let us know that it should last up to a year with it being charged and that it reads good battery. The battery light was still on and we told him and he said eh should be fine, now at 10:30 at night we are stranded waiting an hour and a half for the tow people to get here, us now having to deal with this when we have work early in the morning due to their absolute negligence and unprofessional work.

my car broke down. i was beyond stressed. i had my kids with me and it was hot as h"ll and this lady approached me (i think her name was beth)and asked if i needed help .. she jumped my car and told me to go to autozone and they can run codes. those employees were very helpful with everything!!!

I got a flat tire at night and happened to pull over at this AutoZone. They had already closed, but Aaron and Chevy came out and spent 1+ hour with me, making sure that I was safe and also patching the tire for me!! I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their kindness, generosity, and willingness to help. I consider myself very, very lucky to have pulled over at this store. Good people work here, and nowadays, good people are hard to find.

This morning (06/28/24), I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jason. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his expertise, he goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer experience. I went in today looking for various items to work on my car, and Jason gave detailed feedback on what items I should use and how they work. I’m not very knowledgeable on car parts, or handling the maintenance of a vehicle, so I really appreciated the extra information and details he provided. He also assisted me with replacing bulbs in my car, with nothing but a helpful attitude and a smile on his face! I will never forget this experience , as I don’t usually write reviews , but felt like Jason really deserved a shout-out ! This world needs more people like Jason ! I will definitely continue coming back to this location for parts and services.

Jeremiah was the greatest associate I’ve had the pleasure of working with at Autozone.
He immediately acknowledged me when he came back inside from helping another customer.
I had been waiting in line with nobody acknowledging me so it & was starting to get edgy about it. ( I can wait forever if someone lets me know they see me and are getting to me asap)
He helped me and even when so far as to carry my alternator to the car for me.
God, it was so refreshing to see that kind of customer service! Thank You Jeremiah, you made a great impression on me. ?
