During my recent visit at Addition Financial, John Lynch assisted me. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and thoughtful. He not only fixed the problem which brought me to the branch, but found and fixed another, and suggested that switching one of my accounts to another type of account would be beneficial (it is). He made my visit not only a positive experience, but a non-stressful one.
