Up until this month things appeared ok but for Dec I have been double billed. $119 was charged/debited on both my Apple Pay and my Chase account. This has been mishandled. I need a refund onto the Apple Pay card because mid-Nov I specifically asked to have the $119.32 switched from ApplePay to Chase so I would not exceed the ApplePay card limit. That did not happen. So now ai am overdrawn on ApplePay and all of the small $2.99 for ICloud etc are getting declined because the $119 ate up all that “room”. This continues to be a problem. Can you please refund my ApplePay the $119.32 to make me whole again? Patricia Franklin

This place is fantastic! Darlene was wonderful and helped me and my mom out when we needed a climate-controlled storage unit for a few months. She initially gave us one price, which was lower than the actual price, but she called her supervisors to get us the price she initially quoted us once she realized it had gone up.We were able to come and go as we pleased to pick up a few things here and there until we could rent a truck and get all of our things moved into our new apartment. The unit we rented we spacious, and our stuff was always safe and secure. We were recommended this storage facility by a friend of mine and I'll definitely recommend it to everyone I know!Thank you so much, Darlene!
