The room was as advertised. Clean & fresh. To my advantage—it had a large living room type chair & desk chair. After having Covid , I can no longer sleep in a regular bed—I was very excited, that they had the perfect accommodations for me! I covered chairs with my blanket & used pillows. Slept great! Would rent from them again!

This property does not perpetuate the Wyndham values and should be bared from using their name in marketing!!!!Booked a room for my wife. She arrived after a 19hour drive only to be denied a room because she kept her maiden name! They did offer her a room at the "market" rate (+200%)!As a result, I was forced to find my wife alternate accommodations while in the air (thank you in air connectivity!)! I arrived in town roughly 4 hours laterFound accommodations in Altamonte for the family but couldn't avoid stopping by this property to find out why a reservation with a confirmation behind it caused so many problems.The desk clerk/manager verbally fought with me over his decision to deny my wife! Stood by his decision that even though the reservation was confirmed and paid for, the fact that she was checking in without my credit card was a policy issue!Honestly, I was very heated! They denied my wife and kids with a valid and secured reservation! I dont normally think about these things EVER! We travel abroad abroad and domestic... I never would have expected this behavior from a provider in the USA!Sadly, upon leaving.. one of the employee's caught up to me in the parking lot and apologized. Said their policy was to deny any booking with an irregularity in an attempt to force the higher rate.I am reaching out to Wyndham tomorrow to find out why adisrespectful property owner has been allowed to tarnish the Wyndham name this long!!!PS: they charged me 1 night stay for the confirmed reservation that they denied! According to the policy, even when you are fraudulently denied a room and have to find accommodations elsewhere.... It is your fault... .

This needs to be a negative star! I go in with an open mind regardless of reviews, I am pretty low key and have stayed at some grimy places so no big deal. I get upstairs, sure it isn’t the Hyatt but at a minimum I need clean bedding. After seeing and smelling the very dirty bedding I go to the office and with an open mind and think no worries I am tired I can change my bedding. I ask the desk manager for clean bedding and he hands me a roll up which I assume is clean bedding, I get upstairs and it is a single sheet so I ask for a comforter because the roll up was only the top sheet. He gave me no fitted sheet or a flat sheet or pillow cases or a blanket then I have to go down again for pillow cases. Come on now if someone is kind enough to make no fuss and offer to change their own bedding instead of swapping rooms or making a fuss the least you can do is give them the bedding they need to make the bed and sleep in it. Worst place I have even stayed in my life, including primitive camping; I may as well have stayed out side and dug a hole to pee in, it would have been cleaner. It is a holiday weekend so last minute rooms are non existent, what an awful position to be put in on a holiday weekend with no other alternatives unless we pay triple the price. Not looking for room service or a heated pool, my only expectation was a clean bed to lay my head and a place to shower, this is not the place for that! Read further into the existing reviews and asked my husband to help me check the mattress so I could sleep in peace, we left immediately after.

Despite the review, my husband and I stayed here. Upon arriving 30 before check in, we were told we had to pay $30 dollars, which is crazy!!! All the 5 stars hotels do not charge for early check in and we do late check outs without being charged! The room was ok, the floor was disgusting, look like the tile and grout hasn’t been cleaned in years. The towel rack was hang off the wall and that’s something easy to fix. We did kill three roaches. The bed was comfortable. But did not sit in the chair, it looked dirty. The people who took my reservations lied to me, because because I’m a member of Wyndham she told me that I can get my points when I check in but once I checked in, they said I was supposed to gave them to her to get the discount so the registration for the company the hotel is no good I don’t know what they’re talking about so so I will never stay at this place again!Nearby activities: Jazz tasting was awesome

They screwed up reservation my family made 4 months prior to visit and only had one room ready for us that we paid for. Had to pay out of pocket first night and argue with staff to get the other room we paid for straightened out second day. The rooms were dirty, roaches, TV we ghetto, and no screens in windows. You have to pay extra for ice, extra towels, and linens. Also there was a $75 deposit required at check for each room to ensure you don’t steal anything or break anything, which I understand why they do this but they never said anything about it when we made reservations so being that we booked 2 rooms both for 3 nights we had to pay extra $150 that they will reimburse after u leave and they inspect the room. You are not allowed to take any food out of breakfast area to your room they literally have you on camera eating and if you take food back to your room to eat they charge you another $10…. This place was a nightmare if your looking to relax find another hotel!

I booked this "hotel" through Expedia and I will never do it again. To start when the whole place smells disgusting(the office, the rooms, outside). If anyone needs an advocate for false advertisements contact them. The pool is smaller than pictured and dirty. There were roaches in my room and a few of the towels were dirty(they looked like they had been used and folded back up), there was also hair from the last guest in the drain. The water in the shower takes a while to drain. The ice machine on our floor was also broken. The bed was hard and me and my husband woke up with back pains. We got up in the morning for their "continental breakfast" and were very disappointed. There's a code to get in the breakfast area that only the staff have, breakfast is only available from 6am-9am, and the breakfast is very minimal( corn flakes, raisin bran, cheese Danish from the vending machine, bagels with no cream cheese, bottled water,milk, bottled apple juice, yogurt cups in peach and black cherry, individual oatmeal packets, and a coffee machine). As if that isn't bad enough, if you have any food left over or want to take even an extra water they charge you $10. When I asked why, I was told that "there could be an accident and the CDC would get involved". I then asked "what type of accident would be caused by me bringing my food up that I'm already eating?" In which I was told "I don't know".PLEASE UNLESS YOU TRULY HAVE TO DO NOT STAY HERE! It's definitely not worth the money or headache. They also charge a $75 deposit for absolutely nothing.

Horrible experience with customer service. I was charged twice for my room. Which I am still fighting to get back. In addition to being charged for damages that's supposedly occurred for smoking in a room. Which was not true at all. As a decent human being I threw an empty pack in the trash can. Which the picture they are using to charge me shows a empty pack in the trash can. Rather than throwing it in their parking lot or on the ground. When you try to speak with someone about it they just hang up on you until you don't call them anymore. Worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend even one star but I could not give zero.

Roaches crawling all over the room, I slept with the light on the 2 nights I splet there because I was terrified what would happen when the lights were out. There was a used towel behind the bathroom door and the face towel by the sink had suspicious stains. The toilet tank cover didn't cover the toilet properly and had mold. The room had damaged walls everywhere. The bathroom door didn't close properly. I had to use my shoulder to open the door because it was hard to open. Ran out of toilet paper during my stay because there was barely any on the roll to begin with so I had to go to front desk to get some. The bath tub faucet constantly dripped even though I close the faucet as tight as possible. You get what you paid for, first time not reading reviews before I rented a room and it was the biggest mistake ever!

The room was in my friends name we had two rooms September 29&30 rooms crawling with roaches towels, or I used his room, had a towel already in the shower one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at I let the front desk know on Saturday. He said there was nothing they could do until Monday. I called Monday and the manager said there’s nothing she could do at all. I recommend no one stay here.Rooms: Rooms very dirty towels were dirty roaches in the bathroomsSafety: I did not feel safe in that hotel room

My experience with Sunil was great, I had concerns about the refrigerator because it wasn’t cooling my drinks. Sunil came to take a look and resolved the issue.The next day I had another great experience with Katy, she told the housekeeper to clean my room 1st after I addressed to her my concerns in how I saw the condition of the room.I would have given it a full 5 but there were a few concerns that I had to point out.1st issue was the door, there is no need to push/ pull hard to open and close. 2nd the little mess that was on the floor, pieces of somebody’s toenails and that’s a yucky ? lol.Rooms: The room was descent. Very spacious. Working a/cx microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.Safety: For my safety is the bottom part of the door where there is a more than 1/4 in gap open and insects can easily go inside the room and cause infestation. The door too also needs to be fixed because you have to push/pull hard to open. Room 419. I had to go buy a swiffer after spotting some pieces of somebody nails, something needed to get done. My wife and my health is very important. I spotted a couple bugs, as I mentioned the door needs to be replaced or repaired. The threshold needs to be replaced to prevent bugs going inside the room.Is best to get some cleaning supplies like swifter Lysol and wipes.Walkability: There’s a Walgreens around the corner and also a Winn Dixie and some small local restaurants like NY Pizza and Cuban Restaurant. I recommend trying it those places out.

We had a late arrival/check in, drooped our belongings off and headed out. Got back to room around 4am, jumped straight in shower. When i grabbed the towel i noticed how stained, yellow and disgusting it was. Yelled for my husband to check it out. He then checked the beds, sheets were the same. Very disgusting. I couldn't sleep bc i felt so dirty and grossed out. Left around 830. Continental breakfast = coffee, water, oj, bagel, apple. I filled out the survey before leaving a review. Mgr emailed me saying they would have changed our room, had i notified them. At 4am, i shouldn't have to change rooms. 123.00 a night at a wyndam.... highly discourage staying here.

My disappointment with this establishment and the staff is at an all time high. I rented a room on September 7. An older Hispanic lady assisted me in the process of renting room 222. Here’s where the problem begins. Somehow, I was able to rent a room without my security deposit going through which I don’t think should be possible.The next morning I go down to get another stay at this hotel only to find out the older Hispanic lady that checked me in placed her own debit card on my check in reservation because she rented the room without getting my security deposit. If there was an issue with it being charged, she was supposed to contact me instead of being lazy and doing something so reckless.After talking to her and realizing she did that, she “switched” it back over. Only thing is I never received my security deposit back plus I have $181.40 pending on my account that should not be there.I’ve contacted all staff and reached out to the manager John to get this resolved so my bank account can reflect the right thing, yet I haven’t heard anything back and it is currently September 19.I will be seeking legal representation

Scammers ,shady manager and very rude they charged $75 extra by saying the room was left messy.(stayed only one night)They charged us for having to do their job correctly,If u want to waste the money this is the place
