“I went to Welker last week for an oil change and I had some upgrades done to my vehicle. Even though I did not have an appointment, they did a great job in record time and at a reasonable price. And, they were super nice and very professional. They also have a very clean and comfortable waiting room for their customers to relax in. Plus handicap parking to boot. “Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. “Jae and Ark Auto are the best. I took my Kia Soul to Ark after another shop in Longwood claimed that I needed a new AC compressor but was acting shady so another set of eyes were needed. Ark asked questions as to why I felt like the compressor was needed and took the car in, did his tests to make sure this was actually needed - and it wasn't. He explained doing tests, no leaks needed in the compressor and all I needed was a recharge. He took the time to explain things and did a great job. We dropped off the car in the morning and by lunch it was finished. Going forward I will trust Ark with all my needs and recommend them for your service. Thank you so much!”

“My sons BMW was leaking oil,and the other places I took his car to said it would be 3,000.00 or more, but I saw Mr.Germs advertisement in the church’s pamphlet for Good Shepherd.Mr.Germ and his team of mechanic “SPECIALISTS “were a godsend and were able to spot the problem that the inexperienced mechanics could not and saved me over $2.400.00 dollars! They not only did that but brought us in the bay and explained exactly what was wrong , how it happened, and how to do small upkeeps on the car engine. This is where I will be taking my vehicle to get fixed from now on . God sent me this way and I’m listening. Mr. Germ is such a wonderful and friendly person, felt right at home the moment i stepped in that office and started a conversation. I’ve been bringing my Equinox to Griffis for almost two years now and I just realized I’ve never written a review. Ever since walking into their shop I do not want to go anywhere else. These are truly amazing people. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars I always leave with a deeper understanding of my vehicle and I never feel taken advantage of. All of the services recommended are never pushed onto me they’re simply explained and quoted and left up to me to decide when I can complete the service.
Additionally, the customer service is something you’d find in a small town not Orlando. They’re always so pleasant when you walk in and extremely accommodating (I’m okay with leaving my car until they can get to it and they ALWAYS have it ready by the time I need it). It truly is an amazing place and I’m so happy to have found a mechanic near me that I genuinely like taking my vehicle to. They don’t charge insane prices for oil changes or tire patches which I also sincerely appreciate. I will be a forever customer!”
“Really happy to have found this place! The starter in my truck went out , which is a big job on my vehicle (Toyota Sequoia). After having not so good experiences with a couple other places in town including the dealer, I read the reviews and gave these guys a call. I asked for a ball park price , which was very reasonable, and said they could get me in right away. I had my truck towed in later in the afternoon and it was done early the next day. Great locally owned shop , clean, honest, and they were great to deal with. They do extremely clean / professional work! In the past at other shops including the dealer, if you look at the repair it’s a mess. Missing screws, stripped bolts, missing clips, etc. None of that here. Good high quality professional work with reasonable and honest prices. The only place I’ll go from now on. Thank you for the amazing service and over all experience! This is the way it should be!”

“Cold Air by Muffler Man has been servicing my vehicles, 2002 Corvette, 2015 Camero, 2020 GMC Denali, for as long as I can remember. Todd and his staff are very thorough on the diagnosis, use the highest quality parts and by far, the fairest prices anywhere. They have done everything from engine overhaul on a classic, to major a/c and brake repair to just normal maintenance on all the vehicles. They’ve serviced both 2wd and 4wd trucks and SUV’s of mine. He stays knowledgeable on all makes and models. I’ve never had to bring a vehicle back the second time for the same repair. Don’t waste time and money going anywhere else. Get it done right the first time. The shop is filled with really good mechanics. I won’t let anyone else work on my vehicles.”

“The "no guarantee" trial solution bc components are on backorder has actually solved (at least for now) both problems that would require either a rebuild or new transmission.
Good intentions all the way around from everyone, keep you fully informed each step, (mechanic even called me during the test drive to make sure he understood what I mentioned), and very willing to work with you.
They are definitely open to trying the least expensive solution, but if you want to cut costs by shortcuts or lower quality materials -- not here. Only use top end products, and even though I'm a middle of the road guy I really respect that.”
