“A coworker recommended this shop when my car wouldn't start. They were incredibly kind and told me they would come test my battery where I was stuck so I didn't have to call AAA. They were able to jump it and I followed to the shop as I knew there was more than just the battery. They were able to confirm I was right, but didn't push a battery sale on me since my existing one was still under warranty through AAA. They have a shuttle service which is very convenient, but also wifi at the shop if you decide to wait there. They also have a teacher discount, which I appreciated!”

My Explorer was their guest for a 6 weeks, because I had bought an extended warranty from CarShield and all of their ridiculous procedures and delays. If you want a Extended Warranty, make sure you purchase one from ANY OTHER COMPANY, JUST NOT CARSHIELD! As far as Jerry, he kept me informed, worked with me to try to rush those idiots along. Once Jerry received my replacement transmission, I had my car back in TWO DAYS!!! This is the second car that I have had there for transmission work and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. “Saved me 500$ a week before Christmas they really saved my kids Christmas because they weren't going to get much until I came here! I had a bad drive shaft that I was told couldn't be fixed so I bought a new one that rattled my truck so bad I thought it was going to snap these guys fixed my old one for around $100 and it was the male end of the slip yoke that's welded so my mechanic said it's nonserviceable and if it was he would of changed it out these guys worked their magic and I got it to slide so smoothly again so I returned the new one I spent $600 on. I think the guy that helped me was the owner, he was super nice but even better he knows everything about driveshafts if you want to save time and money give these guys a call”
