“Not only do the technicians at Millenia Auto Body do excellent work, they care about the job they do and the people they are doing it for. We were rear-ended in our Mercedes 250 GLA here in Orlando two days before having to return to the northeast for extended medical treatments for my husband. Millenia Auto Body picked our car up, ascertained the damage and coordinated with us and our insurance company superbly. Since we were away from Orlando for the whole process and immersed in serious medical issues, David and Jose told us not to worry and that they would deal with the insurance company and parts suppliers and make sure that we got the best parts to ensure that our car would be as good as new. They updated us during the whole process and we did not have to deal with any problems long distance. They delivered the car to us the day we got back to Orlando and it was beautiful! It looked just as it did when we purchased it. I am so grateful for the efforts Kem, David, Kiana, and Jose made on our behalf and can't recommend this company highly enough.

“My fiancé and I were driving on the highway a couple of weeks ago, our tire exploded and created an enormous portion of damage to our front bumper, mirror, and both doors on the driver’s side. The damage was so severe it looked as if we got into a car wreck. Less than two weeks later, we just picked our car up today. I am amazed at the quality of both the craftsmanship and the service.
We arrived to pick up the vehicle today, we were immediately greeted by Erin and Barry with an abundantly warm welcome. They treated us like family! Barry explained the fixes in a way that I (someone who hardly knows anything about cars) felt like an expert after listening to him speak.

“Caliber Collision did repairs on my vehicle after it was rear-ended on I-4. They communicated very well and provided expectations of what work was needed and when it would be completed. They met or beat every expectation.
When I picked up the car, they had buffed out some paint scratches from two other incidents where the car was hit.
Alex was fantastic. She explained how one part of the damage appeared cosmetic but they would get a better look at it. Turns out that it was cosmetic and an easy fix.
I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job at a fair price (insurance picked up the cost but Caliber did honest work) and communicated throughout.”

VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. So far they have replaced my slave cylinder, installed new rear shocks, and then replaced my purge valve.
