These cars are all well used and it's always a buyer-beware situation as anything can be near replacement time. However, I felt we were treated with respect and consideration. Wendy did her best to explain what they knew about the cars, what they had actually done to them which, for the price, was routine maintenance type activities as expected. I got exactly what I expected and a friendly, personable office staff person in Wendy as well! Each car has a carmax report, and I can't thank them all enough.”
