Went in on a Friday to get a quote for repainting the hood of my card. Three people in the office and one says "we don't do quotes on Friday's". I said "really" and he said 'yes" no quotes. I said well I guess I will go find a business that want to provide a quote. I called Stevenson Collision Center in Yulee and they said we normally only quote from 9-3 and it was 3:15, he said come on in and we will take care of you. Made it to Stevenson and they gave me a very affordable quote and scheduled an appointment for my repainting. Guess what? Stevenson Collision Center is the winner and First Coast Paint and Body is the l***** Anyone who reads this, please use Stevenson!Service: Painting

I had just purchased a new Mercedes and two weeks later was hit , damaging the back door pretty bad. Was referred to this body shop and they did not disappoint! The turn around time was fast and the repair was flawless. My car is Beautiful once again. My car was not only repaired and painted perfectly but the entire car was cleaned and vacuumed! Beware of these crooks. Crooks with a license and the blessing of FHP. Truck rear ended our vehicle almost at the sr 200 exit to yulee and Fernandina beach. Without consent FHP called these crooks and 2 days later the bill was up to almost $600 for a less than 15 mile tow to their yard and the car was somewhat drivable. They added a bunch of extra fees like scene clean up and window cover for windows that weren’t damaged and operational. Miscellaneous fees with no explanation. Then threatened to kick us out for asking about these fees. Whatever you do stay away unless you like headaches and getting ripped off. How they have all these 5 stars is unbelievable because the other client that was there was calling the cops based on some other crookedness they did to him. All these 5 stars must be fake.

We were involved in a serious accident after being side swiped by a semi on 95n. They towed our car to their facility then charged close to $500 for towing and two days of storage. Adding on crazy additional fees for clean up and other miscellaneous things that never happened! They never cleaned up a thing and charged us to cover a window that wasn’t down! Crooks! The troll at the front desk is a real pleasure to deal with. FHP forced us to have the vehicle towed all windows were up with pictures of the car on the tow truck. Still charged for covering the window. Looked like they put it down on purpose so they could tack on the additional charge! Crooks! Crooks! Crooks! Beware spend your dollars elsewhere!

Eddie was wonderful- everyone was! I had some damage on the bumper and needed parts replaced plus painting and they did an excellent job. PLUS when the parts came in under the quoted price they called me and said I’d owe about $250 less than the original estimate. Very honest business. Definitely recommend.Services: Painting

The quality of the work was fabulous. We brought our 1993 Saab Turbo Convertible in to have the hood repainted and repaired and it looks like new. Eddie and everyone at First Coast was terrific to work with. They spent time with us to determine exactly what we needed, gave us a quote and did a beautiful job. The timing was great and the follow up was great. Today when customer service is rare, these folks know what it means. We highly recommend them and will be back in the future.Services: Body & Trim
