This is my first time purchasing a home, and A Pro has helped in making this experience smooth and pain free! My experience with this company started with Shelly, who was very personable and attentive to getting my appointment scheduled and paperwork to me. Lawrence did an EXCEPTIONAL job during the home inspection. I was with him for the entire inspection, and he explained everything to me as he went. He was knowledgeable and thorough every step of the way. He even made the comment that he inspects each home in a manner that he would hope someone would do for his own daughter. He got the report to me in a timely manner once the inspection was complete, and he was quick to respond to any questions I had for him. I would highly recommend this company for any home inspection! Lawrence Fischer prepared a very professional and extremely thorough inspection report for our house! We were incredibly impressed with the amount of time & effort Lawrence took to review every part of our house to give us an excellent assessment so we can make repairs that will help sell our house more quickly. Lawrence goes above & beyond what is expected of a home inspector. For example, we live in Ohio 900 miles from our house in Southeast Georgia, so Lawrence met at our realtor's office and conference called us to review the inspection report! I highly recommend A-Pro home inspection as a guarantee for your house buying.Lawrence was great and he conducted the most thorough inspection we could have asked for and was honest. He worked very hard on our project and identified many issues to be worked on along with pictures and explanations. He is details oriented and was very fair in his assessment. He identified issues that needed immediate attention, safety concerns that could’ve been a potential nightmare in the near future and things that needed attention but not a safety issues.When we need another inspection, we will call A-Pro. Lawrence Fischer did a phenomenal job with our inspection and providing a very detailed report! We approached him with a concern of ours and he was there to check it out the very next day. He also took samples for mold testing to the lab for us. He was extremely professional and responded within the hour whenever we had any questions. We couldn't have asked for better service!!
