Tanner got the greatest and most compassionate care through 2 surgeries. Dr. Jen is an excellent surgeon and the aftercare by the vet techs was exceptional. On top of that, their front office staff is so kind and professional . We are so fortunate to have them on the island.

Scared the &%$$^ out of me and my 10 yr old Schnauzer by misdiagnosing her with a tumor! And told me that even if it were benign she probably wouldn't live long. Lofton Creek vets immediately recognized it as a cyst. They drained it, did some badly needed dental work and she is100% healthy now. That was well over a year ago. The staff at Amelia Island was incredibly rude and I was very angry. The owner had her staff called me and threatened to send a certified letter banning me and my dog from the practice. Which they never did. The vet that saw me had recently had some health issues. She should have been given a week or two off. She was in no condition to see patients and said so.No compassion from the staff and particularly the owner. Incredibly disorganized. Rude. Awful experience.Lofton Creek, Integrity Veterinary in Kingsland. Both the best. Compassionate, professional, reasonably priced. Integrity will always take walk ins in need. They are my hero for my dogs. They genuinely care and have decades of experience and scores if happy customers.

Dr. Jen took care of my first three dogs. And now, the next set of three. Highly competent and compassionate. Her team is great too. Your pets will love the whole crew.

Dr. Jen and staff are truly outstanding. I have used many very good vets over the years in other cities and states but Dr Jen is really special - competence, compassion, and personality. Julian J.

By far the best vet on or off the island. They do not go to extreme measures to make money. They go to extreme measures to save your pet. If your pet can’t be saved, they are honest and do not try to make money with false hopes and procedures. They are concerned about the quality of life of your pet. My dogs are lucky to be patients of Amelia Island Animal Hospital. Every single cent I have paid them is well worth it. The vets are excellent.

Our sincere appreciation to the dedicated and professional staff. They took notes and were responsive, gentle and patient with our elderly English bulldog’s specific care needs and well-being during a recent stay. Thank you!

I am visiting from out of town and needed my dog to be seen fairly quickly. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating and they squeezed us in that morning! And on Christmas Eve Eve! They took great care of my dog and I’m extremely grateful!! Highly recommend!

I live in NYC and took my dog here to be neutered over holidays while I was in FL. They recommend rear dew claw removal and I agreed. Surgery went fine but post surgery was the issue. They sent me home with a sheet of paper and MINIMAL instructions. The cone they gave him was WAY too small and he got at his stitches. He completely tore one stitch out. Now I’m having to pay $1000 in NYC to get it fixed. No phone call to follow up after the surgery. No medicine to keep him calm while he’s healing. Take away: this vet does the bare minimum and is not high quality patient care. Giving more than one star because the staff was nice and the vet who examined him seemed nice.

When I’m calling to discuss an issue about my Dog do NOT sigh and then place me on hold mid conversation without making me aware that you’re wanting me to hold. Have some manners !!

My 12 year old poodle miniature had a sand spur embedded in his paw. We were vacationing in Fernandina Beach and I called Amelia Animal Hospital for an apptmt for them to remove. I was advised they were not accepting new patients. I said we live in Atlanta, I am not looking for a full time vet, just someone to remove the sandspur. I was again told no new patients.Obviously do not trouble to call this vet as they truly could care less.

I have been bringing my dog here for two years and have used their boarding facilities numerous times, even referred friends here. Spent a considerable amount of money here and was getting ready to board my dog again. Usually really nice people and service! But today I had a very unpleasant experience. i was given misinformation for over a week about getting refills on meds for my dog and no one returned my calls or emailed me. When I shared my frustration at the lack of courtesy I was told to take my dog elsewhere. It must be nice to have so much business you can send a customer away.
