We stopped here during our long road trip of 1500 miles. The car engine light came on and we still had nearly 400 miles to drive. The manager was so very kind and reassuring and helpful! He did a quick computer check on the engine to see if we had a serious problem. Fortunately we were fine! Relieved and ever so grateful we continued on our journey. If I ever needed help or advice I would go here! This is a great place!!

Good morning. I wanted to take a few minutes to recognize Roger, who is the General Manager of your Fernandina Beach store, store #6233. This morning, I arrived to the store at 8am after dropping my kids off at school. I have a 2014 Jaguar FX that had a front head light out. Now, it should be known that I do not fix anything around my house, I am not a DIYer….I am just not handy. I always must call someone to do the job or take my car in for service. Having said that, I explained to Roger what I needed. He looked up the light in your system and sold me the bulb I needed. I thanked him for the purchase and after knowing I probably didn’t know what I was doing Roger offered to come out to my car to look at it.Roger took a cap off, looked at for a few minutes and knowing it was not a simple fix said, “let me go in and google that.” I appreciated that and then stayed with the car while he went back in the store. I even searched it on You Tube and realized this may take some time and various tools. After spending about ten minutes researching it inside, Roger came back out and began working on it. He quickly got the bulb out and then replaced it with the one I had just bought. It was very tricky to get the bulb casing back into the light and Roger spent another ten minutes working diligently to put it all back together. Also, it should be done that it was bright, sunny and over 90 degrees outside while he did all this work.I was completely amazed that Roger went the “extra mile” and took almost 30 minutes of his time to help a customer. I was blown away! I am in the customer service business and know how difficult it is to find leaders who genuinely care about the customer and will do what it takes to make them completely satisfied.Again, please be sure to thank and recognize Roger for a “job well done!” First Class!!

Ran a diagnostic on my car no charge. Told me the problem. Weird.... my gas cap was loose. Reset it and I was good to go.

The staff was helpful and they had to research to get the warranty honored but did it. Previous vendor had placed the purchase associated with my phone number under another business. They were polite and eager to assist me. Great job to all on Wednesday 4/26/23.

I went in to get my battery in my key FOB replaced. They had me in and out in 5 minutes. Great service and great staff. I will always go back there for my automotive needs

I was in town on vacation and needed a new battery for my vehicle. Since I did not have any tools to change it, I asked them to. They said they could. However, I was asked to come back the next morning because it was sprinkling rain.

Our car would not start without a jump, we were told by AAA to go to AutoZone and have them check the battery. The gentleman was helpful for checking our battery but told us it was the alternator. My husband was in the middle of calling Nissan in Jacksonville since we were on aMelia Island when I said let's go to a local auto shop and we did. It was the battery so we purchased the battery from them. We could have purchased it from AutoZone. Either way the gentleman was nice he just didn't give us good information.
