None of the business replies are addressing the fact that the front desk staff is rude.

This FBO doesn’t have anywhere for corporate pilots to wait after hours. No use of crew car or DRY waiting area. At 7:00 pm we were thrown out on the street.

Flew in for the Amelia Island Concourse d’Elegance. Tracine Anderson, Jennifer and the entire staff including the line guys and our military personnel on TDY made this trip enjoyable. A big thank you.

Bent Wing Flight Services is the only Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (KFHB). The FBO operates in a building designed to represent the WWII 4FU Corsair plane, nicknamed the "Bent Wing Bird." Bent Wing Flight Services provides the best in aviation services to passengers, pilots and crew.
Services include Jet A, Jet A+ and 100LL fuel, concierge services, rental cars, crew cars, catering, hangar storage, lavatory service, GPU service and charter flight coordination. FBO amenities include a fully-equipped Flight Planning Room, comfortable Pilot Lounge, “Canteen” kitchen & breakroom, Pilot Store, conference rooms and meeting space. We are a convenient gateway to Amelia Island and the greater Jacksonville area.
