The staff is so friendly and talented. We only get our haircuts and color here so we aren't familiar with the other services yet. We love Tracey but all of the people seem talented.

I gave 2 stars bc the woman who answered the phone and set my appointment was very kind and professional. I am however giving a poor review bc the hairdresser failed to show and I was sitting there for more than 30 minutes waiting to find this out. My appointment was for 10. I showed up at 945, signed in and finally at 1035 was told that the hairdresser Kristy had been texted by the salon but she failed to respond. The lady at the front desk who made my appointment showed me the text exchange confirming my appointment with Kristy and was apologetic. This was my first experience with this establishment and I was really hoping to have a good experience since this establishment is a one stop shop for hair nails and tan. Unfortunately I am left with a bad taste in my mouth and a scramble to get my hair done b4 an event tomorrow.

The women left working here since my main stylist left are very catty and are constantly smack talking other customers and stylists while I was there. They also were very rude and I waited a long time despite having an appointment. Definitely looking for someone else more professional to do my hair.

Yesterday I got my hair done by Jaidi, she was absolutely fabulous. It turned out amazing! I love the color, and the extensions that she installed. During the process she took the time to make sure I understood how to maintain them as this was my 1st time having them.Services: Haircut
