I had a root touch up and it didn’t match the rest of my hair. It was so obvious to! I told her I didn’t want reddish hues it turned out completely red and so I asked her to fix it but she said no!!! I walked out In tears. She did not get paid!!! If I could do no stars that’s what I’d do.

Went in to get hair cut and highlighted and I told her I wanted what color I needed she bleached strips of hair didn't know that was happening until after then she put red all over my hair I asked for a dark brown with alil red my hair came out orange and pink very disappointed cause I use to go there when I was little
