My Volkswagen broke down after 125k miles. There was several things that needed to be done such as the heater hoses, water pump and more.Big shout out to Brett. He was upfront and walked me through the process which was almost a month.He kept the price fair and continued with excellent customer service even after check out.I highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment to have the car repaired. It would have been my third visit in five years. Explained what i needed and noted the shops familiarity with my car. Towed the car in at the appointed time since it was not I running order, a fact explained when I made the appointment. Receive a call in short order directing that I retrieve the car because: 1) the top was down and it might rain; 2) they do not work on that type of car (a Porsche); 3) he was too busy; 4) his staff was incompetent; 5) his business model had changed; and 6) he just did not want to fool around with my car. The fact that I am disabled (CIDP) elicited a "too bad" from the owner. Would not otherwise be particularly worked up other than a $300 tow fee for a fandango that could been easily avoided

Talked to DeDe for a quote to replace a battery in a BMW 325i, her words: "No, I have no idea how much it would cost,I would have to wait and see which battery they replace it with and let you know how much it would be" ?????? absolutely not going there for service!!

Casual attitude.....fun check in lady.....knowledgeable staff......professional staff........really knew what they were doing...better than my Porsche service center...meticulous to the nth degree. The only place I would trust my car to!

The lady at the front desk is a horrible human being!! Very unprofessional and needs to learn how to deal with people when asking questions and you know nothing about engines. It is NOT normal to add a quart of oil every 300 miles! I asked if they were a certified mechanic and she said no but has been working on engines for 50Years. That’s great and all but my warranty company will not reimburse me back if no certified mechanic. She said they don’t work with warranty companies. I didn’t ask her to work with warranty company but if they are certified that I will be reimbursed back. She kept getting an attitude because evidently I know more than she does! The older short haired female at front desk needs some serious customer service help. Then told me to get out and never come back when I told her how horrible her service was. Don’t worry I won’t and will spread your horrible service as much as possible!! Learn to take in criticism and if you need to retire then please do.

They replaced the cooling pump in my Audi Q5. Very friendly, and I will continue to use them to service my vehicles. Also, the price I paid was cheaper than the original price I was quoted, always a plus!!I highly recommend them!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Picked up car after service and check engine light came on. Brought back and was told did not have time and bring it back next week. Young man was not very accommodating when brought back and basically called me a liar. Unfortunately it is the only ticket for foreign cars on Amelia Island however after this experience I will be going back to Jacksonville to the dealership for all my service.

Charged me $0.00 for a diagnostic appointment which included a full coolant system check. The same service cost me $120 using YourMechanic app. Should I need future service, this will definitely be my shop of choice.
