Disorganized mess. Had a vaccine appointment, but it still took an hour . For some reason they thought I had an insurance problem. They didn't really explain what it was. I have insurance with a major company, the vaccines are covered. People who had appointments a half an hour after of me were taken first until I complained loudly and a nice customer let me ahead of him.

I was in the pharmacy on Sadler road Saturday morning . The pharmacy was pretty busy and many customers picking up prescriptions. I had a couple questions and the technician " Eathan " was extremely helpful. I appreciated the time and explanations.

Requested refill at 10;00 AM by phone and was told it would be ready at 1:00 PM. Arrived at drive-thru at 3:05 PM and was told it "was not quite ready yet."Was informed it would be ready in 20 minutes. This is very bad service. The delay means nothing had been done on the refill request in five hours. If unable to perform the service any faster than that, then the pharmacy should not provide a time the refill will be ready for pickup.

Lady who helped me transfer px from Walgreens to CVS in Fernandina Beach FL because of insurance could not have been more helpful She was efficient and succinct and polite. Couldn’t have been a better experience

This CVS Pharmacy has the best staff of any Pharmacy I have ever been to. They are so helpful. Due to the supply chain that the Govenment can't seem to fix, My son's seisure medication is extremely hard to locate. The CVS Staff works so hard to locate the medication. They keep us updated on the arrival as well. We Never had a rude staff member here. The store is clean and well Managed.

This was my third attempt to call the CVS pharmacy. Being put on hold for an hour is just plain rude. At least offer to call back.

Last night I went to CVS at 9:58 pm after leaving my mother whom had just had her port placed and her chemo pushed up and could not take the pain along with everything changing in her life. I pulled up excited to make it before 10:00 however the pharmacist (KIM) along with her staff had already before 10:00 turned off the computers and denied my mother her medicine she so desperately need it felt like a movie , I've been allowed in restaurants to still order food at closing but my sick mother that had just found out on Christmas she had cancer was denied medicine . What type of world are we living in ? I couldn't do anything but pull over and cry because you feel helpless . She looked at me through the glass as I begged and said she had closed her computer down for the night and would not give me the medicine.

Probably one of the better CVS locations, they require face coverings, social distancing is enforced and I know they have quite the nut selection but I couldn’t find pistachios which is a failure on many levels but they still deserve 5 stars for everything else being right.

I just went to the CVS for a return. Dacey greeted me with “ what do you want?” I told her I had a return, she actually tossed the pen at me when it was time to sign the receipt. There is only about 3 inches how she did it was so rude. And when we were done she never even said thank you, have a good day or nothing. I had other shopping to do there but I will travel somewhere else where they know what customer service is.

24 hour CVS for all your needs. Nicely kept store, spacious ,large selection. No rush due to the hours. Helpful staff on the pharmacy and the regular staff are helpful as well. Once again 24 hrs great for any and all needs

We arrived at this CVS only to find the Pharmacy was closed. Bo the pharmacist was kind enough to fill our prescriptions that we needed at that time. He opened up for us and was very kind. I highly recommend this store for any needs. The store was very neat and clean and the staff was super friendly and professional. Thank you Bo for taking care of us.
