I do not recommend this CVS pharmacy.
Unpleasant experience every time I go inside and attitude full, rude staff. It’s like they are doing you some kind of favor to sell you the drugs. Drive through is better attitude wise but spare yourself lots of frustration and go to Walgreens instead

Leah at the drive thru pharmacy in Fernandina Bch was extremely helpful to me.
I found out my insurance wouldn't cover my much needed antibiotics, She took time to get me signed up for a discount card ..Thanks Leah!!
She also checked on compatibility with my other meds. She's A plus!!

Both bathrooms are closed so that customers do not use them. Just because the employees don't want to clean and maintain them. They want their clients' money but give nothing in return.

Like CVS itself and I self check out to make my life easy but boy you could tell the employees (can’t say for the people who work at pharmacy) hate their lives for sure. On multiple occasions, I hear them talk about how miserable working there is and how they hate it The. They’ve even And get snippy with other Customers just because how miserable they are

shouts out to the nasty witch behind the pharmacy drive thru window. she spoke at a volume level of negative two decibels and got an attitude when i asked her to speak up because i couldnt understand her.

My banking app revealed I was charged twice for the same prescription inside the store. I very kindly brought it to their attention. They would not help me. They referred me to corporate and my own bank to dispute the charge (what?). I have been on the phone with corporate for over 3 hours. The management should handle this, not the customer. The store should correct this, not my bank. The photo below is the time spent on the third phone call. So far, still no resolution. I’m a 25 year customer. Wow.

Disorganized mess. Had a vaccine appointment, but it still took an hour . For some reason they thought I had an insurance problem. They didn't really explain what it was. I have insurance with a major company, the vaccines are covered. People who had appointments a half an hour after of me were taken first until I complained loudly and a nice customer let me ahead of him.
