My banking app revealed I was charged twice for the same prescription inside the store. I very kindly brought it to their attention. They would not help me. They referred me to corporate and my own bank to dispute the charge (what?). I have been on the phone with corporate for over 3 hours. The management should handle this, not the customer. The store should correct this, not my bank. The photo below is the time spent on the third phone call. So far, still no resolution. I’m a 25 year customer. Wow.

Disorganized mess. Had a vaccine appointment, but it still took an hour . For some reason they thought I had an insurance problem. They didn't really explain what it was. I have insurance with a major company, the vaccines are covered. People who had appointments a half an hour after of me were taken first until I complained loudly and a nice customer let me ahead of him.

Wouldn't use if you have any controlled scripts to fill. I received only half my script and called to get corrected and was told their count was correct in the system so nothing they can do. So would have to assume the pharmacist stole half the script. Would not recommend. She was rude both times we spoke on the phone. Told me over the phone after waiting for over an hour that the script would be read in an.hour and a half. When I got there it wasn't ready for another 45 minutes then was only given half my medication.

This used to be the best local pharmacy. But over the last year it has gone downhill. I am told it’s because of the lack of employees. This may be the case but from my experience, it’s because of who they hire. There is a newer pharmacist- I don’t know her name. But she has been very rude on more than one occasion. She eats loudly during phone conversations for one. And gets annoyed when customers ask questions. Lastly, there have been countless times when I’ve called and no one answers the phone for days. Such a shame. The pharmacist Kim is who I have always dealt within the past and she was a 5 star! I don’t know what happened to this place.

The pharmacy is a nightmare! They are beyond rude. Nobody there cares about the customer. I can't believe corporate hasn't shut them down!

Kudos to Nancy in the pharmacy who helped me save $100 by informing me that my insurance might cover the COVID tests I intended to purchase. She went above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to and I appreciate that more than she probably knows. True customer service and genuine kindness. Indubitably 5 stars. Thank you, Nancy!

I was in the pharmacy on Sadler road Saturday morning . The pharmacy was pretty busy and many customers picking up prescriptions. I had a couple questions and the technician " Eathan " was extremely helpful. I appreciated the time and explanations.

Requested refill at 10;00 AM by phone and was told it would be ready at 1:00 PM. Arrived at drive-thru at 3:05 PM and was told it "was not quite ready yet."Was informed it would be ready in 20 minutes. This is very bad service. The delay means nothing had been done on the refill request in five hours. If unable to perform the service any faster than that, then the pharmacy should not provide a time the refill will be ready for pickup.

If I could give no stars or negative stars, I would. There is one male tech there that is always rude and sometimes downright nasty and unhelpful. The pharmacy manager is equally rude. Someone needs to tell them they need the customers more than the customers need them. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Go to Walgreens.

If I could give them negative Stars I would.The pharmacist and pharmacy technician wanted to argue about take home covid test, I have a great insurance plan Medicaid Medicare ABC and D coverage and they still charged me out of pocket for the test there was literally no options they had inaccurate outdated information on file and they were very disrespectful rude

Always fast, nice customer service ..Been using CVS pharmacy and only CVS for many many years and don't plan on changing unless a traumatic decline in there services happened..Which will be never ?
