Elaine is a consummate professional with a dose of sweet southern charm and whit. I feel as though I am on the set of a Steal Magnolias production when I’m there. I can count of both Elaine and Tracy to make me laugh and destress while I’m there. Elaine has helped me tremendously with my color correction as well as helping me grow out my super short pixie cut which was no longer working for me! I honestly look forward to my appointments!

Elaine has been doing my hair for years and she is the best! I travel from Jacksonville because she is the only one I trust. She does an amazing job each and every time. I receive many compliments about my color and cut. She is a top notch stylist and would 100% recommend her to everyone ??

A few years ago, I went to a salon that had horribly damaged my hair. I set up an appointment with this salon and ever since Elaine has been the only hair dresser I trust doing my hair. When doing my hair she does a beyond amazing job by focusing on details and explaining everything causing my hair to come out outstanding. She definitely knows her stuff. I’m very greatful and happy with my hair from this salon.

A young friend of mine went here for a "bob" hair cut. When the owner of this business finished with her, not only was her hair choppy but uneven as well. When the owner/so called stylist was finished, she told this young lady "I've never been good at "Wolf Cuts", that statement right there shows that she knew she had done a poor job. Needless to say, the victim of this cut was devastated. She was unable to get a responce from said owner untill she used the loaned phone. We went to the shop to ask for a refund or at least recompense for the cost of the corrected cut. They were rude (which they got in return) but refused to compromise in any way.

I dont ussually complaint about haircuts but I feel like I need to do this time. I contacted one of the girls here though Facebook and show her exactly what I wanted and also sent her a picture of my current hair and explained that previous hairdresser cut it incorrectly(I wanted a straight cut) She made a comment saying that the picture I send her as model was not straight but she will make it straight as I wanted (of couse i knew that the edges will not be straight because of the corrent shape of the hair) I arrive to the place I ask for straight and show her the picture she finished and I did not carfully checked how my hair looked like. When I arrive home I noticed it was not straight cut. So I texted her and asked if she can fix it and she said my hair will not look like the one in the picture because the previous hairdress slanted my hair at the edges (which of course I knew the edges will not comeout straight but it was just a little from out growing bengs on both ends of my hair) she said not to worry she will take me in again and she would cut the middle of the hair to make it straight. She gave me 2 open slots on her schedule from which I chose one. One day before the appointment I texted her to let her know that i was feeling not ok and I would texted later to reschedule when I feel better. She never replied to my text. I paid $55 for that hair cut, to me is not small amout . The hair cut she did was not bad but was not what I asked for. Here are the pictures. You can judge yourself.
