From consult to finish, Chandler slayed. I’m new to the area and have had a tough go. It’s been a while since I’ve felt myself. As a seasoned hairstylist myself I knew I should do some research before selecting a stylist. I’m so grateful I landed in her chair! My hair was way outgrown and my texture is a nightmare. I went in with no inspo pics. I gave her very little direction. I just wanted to feel pretty and she delivered!
I was greeted promptly and warmly. The entire staff was wonderful!

Cozy and welcoming Aveda Salon!!! Moved from out of state and I couldn’t be happier with Pam.
She truly is an artist and I think she could do anything I ask. I get compliments all the time about my hair…..all because of Pam. All the staff are friendly as well. It’s a treat every time I go!!
Inventory of products is wonderful.
You should go for your next hair service….you’ll never go anywhere else!!!💛💛

Brooke was phenomenal!!! I have long, thick hair and wanted a layered cut, which I wasn't happy with the cut I got at another place. She took her time and it turned out just like I wanted, framing around the face with several layers that blended and didn't look choppy. Will definitely be back to see her!

Love this salon! There has been some turnover in the last couple of years, but they are always very accommodating and I am very pleased with my newly assigned professional. She's been there for a long time but I only recently transferred to her book and have nothing but positive accolades to share. The salon is very well kept and soothing with all the extra amenities like a complimentary coffee/espresso station, wine, and snacks. The space is small and intimate, so I feel like I'm getting a spa day each time! I wish they'd go back to being open on at least one weekend day to better accommodate my work schedule, however they are open later during the week. I drive 35 minutes from Jax because I have been so pleased over the years. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-class & chill Aveda salon.

Bad service, I asked to get the ends of my hair cut but she cut more than I asked. I asked for a hair color and got something completely different I then asked if she was able to do it again and received attitude. Felt it was unfair the way I got treated since I was trying to explain to the receptionist and the stylist what was going and they laughed at the fact I had trouble pronouncing the words due to my accent. When I went to pay the receptionist asked if I wanted add a Tip , I said yes but I pressed the incorrect button and then she grabbed the card with attitude. I also noticed the difference on how I was treated since I arrived seeing others being treated kindly and asked if they wanted something to drink except me. Overall unfortunately I have to tell that I felt discriminated. Think twice of going to this place if English is not your first language because their level of tolerance and patience dealing with non English speaking customers is at the lowest you can expect.
