I needed to ship a title and stopped into the FedEx Office to drop off my package. It was pretty busy and I only saw one person behind the counter.
Her name was Shay. She was the kindest, most helpful person I’ve encountered at a store of any kind in years. She had a great attitude.
She was moving like she had true purpose and she went above and beyond to just be helpful and handle the entire store full of customers with professional courtesy. Kudos to your quick and efficient work Shay and for making my day a little brighter!

Shay and Steven were absolutely amazing! Our grandfather passed and we went to get a poster for the funeral service. The customer service and care shown made a hard time a bit easier. We can’t thank them enough!

This place is such a joke! Every time I have ever had to use this location I have to the rewrap or not the right size!! It is always something and they are either aloof or rude!! FedEx never again!

I went to the FedEX store in Amelia Island on Tuesday, with urgent documents that needed to go out of state and return to me ASAP.
Steven indicated that I should help myself to a computer and take it from there. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the website was not working properly and I had to ask Steven for his help. Once he verified that there was an issue, we switched to his main computer. Steven ended up taking over the entire ordeal. He was very efficient, quick and saved me money!
It's now Thursday, 3:30 pm and the envelope with said documents is back on my hands!
It was my absolute pleasure to deal with Steven and having him help me with my needs.
Steven is definitely a representative of FedEX that needs to me recognized.
I am an extremely happy customer.

The store is fine and the staff is helpful, however, we have a Fed Ex driver in our neighborhood every day who BLASTS music so loud from his truck that our house shakes. They are aware of it, as we know others who have complained, but continue to do nothing about it. Clearly a violation of Fernandina's noise ordinance.
