I brought Camelot and Guinevere for their annual physical. The staff is the best. Cam is more difficult but was taken in the back and senior blood work was drawn and the physical done at the same time. Dr Williams observed two healthy terriers that both need to lose a little weight but no other issues. Thank you.

The facility is nice, but the staff is so rude. I’ve been there twice with our pets. When I called originally, they assured me they would be able to work with our special needs dog and get us in for an emergency appointment as needed. When that day came, their administrative personnel were cold, rude, and uncaring. Then, once we finally got in, the doctor poked a few times on my dogs belly and said he was fine. Sent us with a ton of expensive meds and told us to call if they didn’t work and we could get our dog back in. We call a few days later as our epileptic dog has continued vomiting daily, and they of course couldn’t get us back in that week. Which makes my blood boil. Don’t ask me why I bothered with them a third time, I guess because all these reviews rave how great they are. I scheduled an appointment for my dog with an ear infection. You thought I would have asked for the sun, moon, and stars when my cat needed to come in urgently and I asked if I could bring him in at the same time as the dog. Due to the policy “they don’t do that”. So instead of working with me to get the dog and cat in at a reasonable time together, they made another set of empty options they didn’t fulfill, and of course again, the administrative staff was rude. What was the most annoying thing was them telling me to “get my pet in as soon as possible because it was urgent”, yet their failure to help work with us to make that happen. There was one nice lady who answered the phone, but the rest are a nightmare. I’ve never been met with such a callous, inconsiderate attitude at a vet’s office. Luckily, a vet in Kings Bay was able to get us in same day for both pets and treated us very kindly.

The BEST Vet around! I took my dogs here up until they passed and recently we gained a new family member Moose. He had been scratching and licking for a few days and I knew just the place to take him FBAC! I called to make an appointment and all they had was for Friday (because they are the BEST and everybody takes there fur babies there) but they put him on the cancelation list and within a hour we got a call to bring him in today if we could. Moose was seen and loved on in no time and we left with a diagnosis and medication to get him back to living his Best life :) Thanks to all the staff for taking care of our Moosie and to the Vet who calmed me down and set Moose up for great healing :)

Dr. Citino, and assistant Garfield are the most caring, knowledgeable, and thorough veterinary team I have ever experienced. I was in with my 91 yr old dad, and his dog Taka, and they both feel the same way! Thank-you guys! ?

Clean, large waiting area. Friendly front office staff! On time for appointment, Dr. Citino was so gentle with my aging Chihuahua with health issues. He asked questions, gave advice & listened to my concerns. I definitely recommend Fernandina Beach Animal Clinic!!

The best option on the island for your pet care needs. We prefer Dr. Easom and Dr. MacDonald for our pets' care. They are thorough yet compassionate to what your pet and you are going through.
