So, I don’t know what this company is thinking when selecting someone for a CUSTOMER SERVICE role here, needless to say this lady in here is so rude I don’t understand it. It really gives me a good idea of why they want to replace her with self checkout. If the customer is a polite then in turn you should be polite. If a customer is rude then you should still in turn be polite. However if the customer is polite then by no means should you go out of your way to be disrespectful. This is a problem. I’m don’t care how long she’s been an employee or been in industry, being management myself in this industry this is a DO NOT HIRE, but as a human being I regard this kind of behavior as downright wrong.

My husband and I stopped to get gas here and when he went to use the unisex restroom the “N” word was written across the back of the door in permanent marker. He was quite disgusted!

This place is so odd. We went on a weekend to Elizabeth Pointe Lodge and this Circle K is right around the corner which I thought was really convenient. We walked up to the door during business hours and the door was locked. There was an old man at the register and he looked up at us and shook his head no. After we left there were a few more cars parking and we watched as people stood outside and werent let in. Two days later at 1030AM during open hours I went to do a quick run to get something and there was a big type written sign that they were closed yet again. I have no idea what days this place is open and no idea what hours either.
