The workers are nice, but everything else is awful—disorganized, dirty, crowded, and CRAZY OVERPRICED. I do not recommend this location. If you can drive to Jax, I recommend the Gate Parkway location, where prices are very reasonable, and the shelves are neat due to their fast-moving inventory. Someone with authority, please research why the Fernandina Beach location doesn't price fairly.

When I arrived, I was excited to see a packed store full of goodies. After I read a few tags, I figured out why there was so much merch--prices are ridiculously high!! For example, an Under Armour black backpack with green yuck on the inside is $19.99...no thanks, I can wait for a yard sale or a Target sale.

Just learned Meredith is leaving the Yulee store (relocating). She is awesome and we’ll miss seeing her. Blessings Meredith!!!(Meredith gets 5 stars!!!! The store would get a 4 star if pricing was better.)

These people are crooks please for the Love of God people please quit donating to this greedy company and store. Start donating to local thrift stores that actually are helping the community. Customer service is terrible and the prices are extreme.

My son and I entered this store looking for a bigger piano, keyboard for us to extend our knowledge and were met with a broken keyboard at 69.99, if we did not plug it in , in the store , we would have purchased this item to find out that 11 keys DID NOT work, I spoke to the claimed “assistant manager” and was told that’s what it is . Selling items that are broken at an over valued price . I was met with 2 workers who claimed that it is what it is at that price and i fee that is bad business practice for a company that get all donations given to them to “help the community “ I am a navy veteran who was met with inexperienced workers and assistant manager . They would not work on the price and stated to come back in 3 weeks. The location was Yulee / fernidina beach.

Came here w/ my friend & the clothes are organized by color & not size. So it took so long because you have to look through everything.

I tried to donate 3 bar stools at 3:30pm on a Saturday. I was told they were no longer taking donations for the day. Really? You don't close until 7 pm. Worst experience ever. Donate your items somewhere else

The Goodwill stores we have back home can't compete with this one! Prices are a little higher, but every time I come here, I have always found something for me or my friends.

Made a trip this Goodwill location. This branch has recently expanded this store. It’s a lot more spacious. They have so much in this store. I think it’s relatively organized and clean. The staff does a good job of keeping items off the floor and in place. Since the expansion, I will say that the prices are a little higher.$15 shoes are a little high for me. I resale clothes and shoes, so I shop a lot. I always find deals. They have a large variety of kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, cups and glasses. They usually have some nice furniture pieces. They have a pretty good selection of men’s, women’s and kids shoes. This store is a step up from other resale shops. The small appliances, electronics work. It’s not just junk. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to shop resale. Reminder that the proceeds go to charity programs.

There are so many bad reviews on this Goodwill. It's Goodwill! What do they expect???? All we bought was a t-shirt and a ornament. I spent most of my time in the bathroom while my husband shopped. The lunch we had at down under restaurant didn't agree with my stomach.

I’m not TOO picky when it comes to prices, however I can say that the environment is terrible. Assistant Managers talk down to/embarrass employees in front of customers, and on top of that, speak badly about them and customers behind their backs. Overall, the managers and lead cashiers are very rude people, and I do not recommend entertaining yourself by coming here. Barnabas is easily the cleaner, and more friendly alternative.

I used to go there and many other Goodwills, when in other cities in Florida... I witnessed a cashier, her name Loretta, change the price of a dog carrier a lady wanted with the price tag on front & back. Yet, Loretta explained that they can change prices if so desired. "We bring it to the back & will change prices if we deem it was priced wrong," Even the customer's daughter pointed out the prices clearly mark...Then when I checked out, The same cashier, Loretta tried changing prices for some of my items. Telling me that name brand stuff can get price changed. Tina, the assistant manager backed up this policy after speaking with her about price changes, at the register at that! Then when asked for corporate numbers, corporate names, etc...Was told I could come back tomorrow to speak to the manager herself but that's our policy here.Terrible customer service, rouge pricing policy, extremely high prices on " DONATED" stuff anyway. What other types of off handed actions go on there... Do they, Goodwill stores everywhere depending on the cashier, up charge the customers without them knowing, are the assistant managers & managers in concert with cashiers doing this???The Fernandina Beach store, also needs to talk to the employees better. One lady named Mary there, was singled out by Loretta with being loud, being condescending to me & the employee... It was quite embarrassing to the employees, somewhat to me, maybe to others... I was told that after I walked out, there was small talk about that last customer, i.e. me...Oh well, some will say whatever... I'll finish w/ this caveat... Don't do price changes at registers, don't talk about employees to customers, don't talk about customers after they leave, treat people right, remember the stuff you're selling is " FREE & DONATED" to begin with,Don't talk down to other employees just because you are a supervisor, manager or assistant...I probably not go back into Goodwills again, especially this store in Fernandina... I'm also going to bring this story up from time to time, during the trips in Fernandina...This store, as for me, isn't worth going into again until they make changes. I spoke with corporate office in Jaxville. The lady I spoke with, Jessica, assured me they would look into this interaction... I'm going to see if changes are done. I'm taking Ms Jessica's word for this to get fixed... Keep in mind, this was also done to a previous customer as well. And then did it to me. Price changing because they felt like it...

Pay attention as they ring your items. No returns and she charges adult prices for children items.we we're overcharged like $15, no recourse. Not my first goodwill trip, but the last one in Fernandina!
