My husband used to love going to this great clips. It was the only place he would get his hair cut. His last two visits here it was a woman that had never cut his hair before and he is extremely unhappy with his haircut and the uncomfortable experience that he would not return to this location. He said the lady was very rough while cutting his hair, feeling like his hair was being pulled out, and his neckline is crooked.

Not a good visit this time! Marti cuts my hair all of time. She does a great job! I guess she was off today. I needed an haircut. So against my best judgement I decided to let someone else cut my hair. I didn’t really realize how bad it was until I got home. Now I have a mullet type hair cut. I’m really pissed right now about this. I need someone to reach out to resolve this.

You don't even deserve one star? went in October 23rd 2024 my hair was down my back I wanted it layered to my shoulders and all I got was a whack job ??it looks terrible?♀️ I could have did better on tiktok the only thing was short is my bangs I even showed her a picture what I wanted and it was a picture of me ?and she couldn't even do that right I told her several times you're not layering it she said she couldn't because she cut it all off what the heck I will never go there again not in Fernandina.
