This place should have much higher reviews now that they have two new awesome owners. I was not a fan of of the previous owner nor was a lot of parents but , Riley and his amazing wife have really made this a great place for the children. I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you guys for being there for us and doing such a great job!

My two children attended Kid City USA one infant, and one two-year-old. The infant teacher loves every baby and child that comes through those doors, my son loves hanging out with his teacher. My Daughter enjoys being with her brother there have been some struggles with staffing in her room, however I am hopeful that this will improve with consistency of staffing. I have observed some issued with social and emotional learning and behaviors that i am shocked are coming from my daughter. I understand what the struggles are working in childcare previously, that the hardest rooms to find teachers for are the two-year-olds.I wish that this school would consider that some families can afford multiple uniform shifts, I under I could wash it when i get, but sometimes even with my good intentions to do so i get distracted and it doesn’t e d up getting washed. i do t like the remarks i get when i have a viable reason as to why she’s not wearing one. i’m not going to send her to school with a dirty shirt when she has plenty of clean clothes.Airborne!

WISH I COULD GIVE 0. I used to work here and it has taken alot of convincing to come forward about their issues. Yall are over paying unless it got better since. I was hired in 2022 to be a teaching assistant. The teacher did not train me and the company did not train me well. They had online courses that I took and I didn't feel prepared. I was told there would be more Hands-On training but I never received it. On my first day, I was told the teacher would be quitting and I would be the new Lead Teacher and I was still never trained. They kept giving me 18 kids when the limit was 11 and they said I would get help but I didn't. I even got a friend hired to be my assistant and they put her in another class. I feel like proper training and management could have stopped me from feeling so anxious working there. One time I had an asthma attack and couldn't leave and another time I had a fever from bronchitis and it could have turned into pneumonia if not treated quickly and I still couldn't leave. It got so bad I was throwing up every day before work.I felt so bad for the kids, they needed better care. So no surprise I quit. The turnover rate there was crazy and could have been saved by some training.

I absolutely love this daycare. All of my kids are there, and when I drop them off, it feels like I’m dropping them off with family. My kids range from 12 to newborn. My 12 year old went there for pre-K, and the program was lovely. Currently my three youngest are enrolled and I have no doubt that they are in good hands. It’s very comforting to know that my kids are in good hands every day when I drop them off. I’m very grateful.

We love Kid City! Best VPK curriculum, clean, organized, great teachers and great owners. Ms. Sara has taken my kiddo from not knowing letters and numbers to reading and doing math- in a few short months! Communication is fantastic. Glad to be part of this school.
